Marianna has just done the makeup for myself and bridesmaids for my wedding this weekend. Delightful lady. Professional and calm. True artist. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, and if I ever need a makeup artist again I'd not use anyone else.

Marianna did my hair and make up for my wedding in July, she made me feel like a princess and look ten years younger! I was so pleased with the final look, just like me but better! The make up stayed on all day and evening, didn't even need a touch up. On top of all of that she was absolutely lovely to have around on the morning of my big day, totally calming and calm, really part of the whole thing and understanding of everything I needed. Thank you, Marianna!

I enlisted the skills of Marianna to do my hair and makeup as well as my Mum and sister on my wedding day, and she did not dissapoint! As someone who is very sensitive about their makeup, it was great for me that Marianna was so understanding, flexible and patient. The trials were so useful and Marianna would not quit until everything was just right! She is very skilled in what she does and watching her do her job is fascinating. ! On the day she arrived bright and early and perfectly on time and she was a lovely person to have around. We all looked amazing by the time she was done with us and were perfectly relaxed :) The makeup lasted all day and she even sent us away with little touch-up pots of lippy etc. My Mum was so impressed we've now arranged for her to have a makeup lesson with Marianna :).

Marianna did my hair and make-up for my wedding in Dec 2014. She was very professional and arrived on time. We had a very calming and relaxing morning getting ready. Small pots of lipstick and powder were provided for me to top up my make-up through out the day. This was very useful to keep me looking my best throughout the day. Lots of people complimented me on how flawless my skin looked and I really felt like a princess on my special day.

Marianna made me look fantastic for my wedding. Make up and hair were both superb. Would definitely recommend.

Marianna did a fantastic job on the make up for my Sister's wedding 2 years ago so was an obvious choice when arranging my wedding in July this year, I was thrilled when she was available for the wedding date we'd booked. Marianna came to my house to carry out the make up trial and spent lots of time with me trying things out and checking what I liked to make sure we had the best plan for the wedding day. She gave me some really helpful advice on products to buy to give to my bridesmaids for any make up re-touching needed on the day. In the run up to the wedding Marianna was on hand for any last minute queries and advice. On the day of the wedding Marianna arrived with plenty of time to set up and calmly dealt with changes of plan / timings that inevitably come up on a wedding day. I really enjoyed the experience of having my make up done and I'm sure part of this was due to the confidence I had in Marianna that she would do a great job. I loved my wedding day make up, it felt really special but I still looked 'like me'. I can honestly say my make up stayed in place all day, other than a bit of touching up of lipstick - needed after lots of champagne! I didn't need to do a thing and got compliments through the day on how great the make up looked. My make up still looks great in the photo I have of me at the end of the night after the lights came up and the disco had finished. We've recently got our official photographs through and the make up looks great in different lighting and again through all stages of the wedding day. My mum has shown the photos to every one she knows, as Mum's do, and keeps ringing me up to tell me how many of her friends have commented on my wedding make up. Where to start? Absolutely brilliant! I cannot rate Marianna highly enough. We were so lucky to have her do our wedding make-up. The trial make up session was really enjoyable and I could tell from the very beginning that Marianna has masses of experience. With such experience comes confidence which Marianna exuded during the make up trial, prior to my wedding day and during the wedding morning preparations. Her lovely personality and approach helped to make me feel relaxed and confident in how I was going to look on the day. She helped to make my mum and bridesmaid look fabulous and even managed to sweep a little powder over my soon to be husband's face before he left for the church! As a mother of two and some-one who doesn't do girly very easily I felt completely transformed into a glamourous bride. Thank-you.

Marianna was so lovely and professional to work with. I had been a bridesmaid at my sister in laws wedding for which Marianna had done all the makeup so I know I was going to be in safe hands for my big day! Marianna came over for a trial day to learn more of the style of the day and we tested out various makeup options - very useful for the both of us and much fun too. On the day she was such a pleasure to have around and was so efficient in a busy bustling environment. I would not hesitate to recommend Marianna to anyone who is looking to have there makeup done for a special occasion.

Marrianna = make up magician! As a mother of 3 children under 5 I rarely have time for anything more than a quick swish of mascarra and dragging a brush through my hair. So as my wedding date loomed I wondered just how I was going to make myself look any thing like the bride I had envisioned. My mid winter wedding was outside at dusk, I wanted to look like me but my dress was 1930s hollywood so my make up needed to complement this - plenty of challenges then! Need I have worried? Nope! Marriannas knowledge of products, era, lighting, how to excentuate ones best features is phenomenal. She took me from tired flustered mum to 'Vintage Hollywood' in under 2 hours. The practice session allowed ample time to explore ideas and experiment with different colours, shading etc. Marrianna selected products that would work best for my skin type, kept my look natural but at the same time ensured that the make up would work under the lighting conditions and that I looked every inch the bride I had pictured in my mind. She also did my sisters (Matron of Honor) make up which was a challenge with a poorly un settled baby in situ - this did not phase Marrianna and she was able to work around my nieces need to be held and nursed by my sister and the finished look was awesome. She also included my little girl (bridesmaid) in the process with a little bit of something that kept her a little girl but allowed her to feel special on what was her big day as well. She made me look mint - to quote my sister when we last looked through the wedding album, 'Wow, you forget how good we looked - all thanks to Marrianna. '. Marianna was the make up artist for my recent wedding and I cannot thank her enough for the truly amazing job she did. From visiting her home for my trial, receiving caring texts in the run up to the big day and on the day itself transforming myself, bridesmaids and mother of the bride Marianna was never anything less than brilliant! I had air brush make up done which left my skin looking flawless and the eye make up made my eyes into a stunning feature. Many guests commented on what a wonderful job Marianna had done, particularly on the mother of the bride who had never looked or felt as good as a result of her make up. If you are looking for a make up artist with attention to detail and someone who genuinely cares about you on your big day I can't recommend Marianna enough. My only wish is I had on her hand to make me look that good every day.

I have to say that I am so glad I decided to ask Marianna to do my make up for my wedding. Having never had professional make up done before it was a bit of a daunting experience trying to choose someone to take on the task bit I think that asking Marianna was one of the best decisions I made. I was grateful for her flexibility in fitting around my rather strict schedule (accommodating the few dates when I was actually available to meet up). She is a complete professional, provided a fantastic and super friendly service, support in the run up to the big day and and went above and beyond the call of duty on the big day - fixing hair malfunctions and even helping me get my dress on (in spite of being heavily pregnant)! Marianna was a godsend. I know little about make up and consequently had no idea what I wanted for my wedding day. Marianna came to my house and we worked on some looks together. She gave me her experienced opinion, based on my individual needs and nothing was too much trouble. On the day, she not only worked her magic on me and my bridesmaid but came to the church to see me off. Her attention to detail is exemplary and her years of experience really do show in her knowledge and professionlism. Marianna takes a real pride in her work but adds a distinctly personal and individual touch. I would recommend her any time as she has the ability to bring out and highlight a person's natural beauty in a subtle yet effective way.

Marianna did my makeup for my wedding on 22nd June 2011. She also did the makeup for my two bridesmaids. I gave Marianna a call and arranged to meet her within 24 hours to go through some portfolios of her work. She mainly works doing photo-shoots and makeup for celebrities but enjoys doing bridal makeup also. Marianna is extremely talented, has a bubbly lovely personality and will get lots for your money too. Marianna brought lots of makeup, accessories and styling gadgets with her and even gave tips to my girlfriends whilst doing the makeup. She continued to make sure that I was completely looking my best until the time came when I had to walk down the aisle. I cannot thank her enough. I arrived looking tired and grey and left looking 10 years younger and as though i'd slept for a week ! A miracle and I wish Marianna could do my make up everyday. I thoroughly recommend Smink for make up for any occasion.

I have had a session with Marianna Easter. This included a facial, full-make up and a lesson on how to apply. I also was given a lot of helpful tips and information of different brands. I found the whole experience incredibly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Marianna more highly, was a very informative and enjoyable experience.

Marianna was absolutely fantastic! She did mine and my bridesmaids makeup and we all looked even better than I had pictured in my head when I was thinking of my wedding day. Marianna was a brilliant calming influence when we began to get stressed the closer it came to the ceremony and stayed with us right till the end to carry out last minute touch ups. She even helped my gran out with ensuring that she looked her best for my big day. I would recommend Marianna to everyone. Her work was fantastic and really good value for money. During my trial we tried out a couple of looks to ensure that we had the best one for my big day and she even travelled all the way to London for me! It is always an absolute pleasure to work with Smink. Marianna's makeup skills are second to none, and on top of that she's always cheerful, gets one with absolutely everyone and adds a whole new dimension to every shoot. If I had the choice, I wouldn't work with any other make up artist!

"Marianna recently did the makeup for me on a photoshoot which was focussed on getting headshots for me to help me in my acting career. Having had my makeup done professionally before, I was impressed by Marianna's attention to detail and skill of applying product. It was a bit like watching an artist work - she individually mixed tons of lotions and potions and chose colours really suitable to my face. The look that I wanted was natural and she overachevied in this respect, I wish I had her with me every morning!
