Shayne recently did another fantastic restoration job for me of old family portraits for a visual family tree I am doing. The restorations are superb, its hard to see where the cracks even were and her prices are very, very competitive ! I love Shayne's work and would highly recommend her services to anybody looking to remember their loved ones through old photos that may have become damaged.

I sent in some photos of my grandparents to be restored, as the textured paper they were printed on had reduced the resultion a lot. Shayne was extremely friendly and helpful and was understanding of my fear of handing over such personal items. In addition to providing a fantastic standard of customer service, the quality of the photos Shayne produced far exceeded my expectations and were amazing value for money! I can't recommend SMG Image Solutions highly enough on both service and professionalism.

I have used SMG Image Solutions on a few occasions now. I had a photo shoot woth my son and I love the images that Shayne captured. So natural but beautifully shot. More recently I asked Shayne to help me by producing some images to go in a special locket that was a gift for my stepmum from my dad who is very unwell. Shayne went above and beyond by producing a number of images, adjusting the light and shade of them to ensure I could pick one that would look just right in the locket. The quality was very high and Shayne also produced the images very quickly for me too.

The composite photo has worked very well and it is great that my husband has a photo with him and his mum and dad all together. A real "blast from the past"! I can’t thank you enough for the amazing restorations you did. My mother in law is 90 years old and virtually blind and to see her be able to see photos from 1895 was unbelievable. She’s in hospital very poorly so it meant the world to her, especially seeing a photo of her own Mum as a child. She’s not been able to see the pictures for years. Thank you so much for getting them done so quickly too, knowing how poorly she is you really pulled out all the stops. Can’t thank you enough.

SMG Image Solutions have restored several pictures for me and my nan especially. Last week we had a photo of her parents restored by SMG and with less than a working week she had done what we thought impossible. The picture was revived. After water, sun and general wear and tear caused to the photo was completely removed. The image quality was better than the original. SMG was able to re-create part of the image, in my case it was restoring my great grandmothers foot after it had worn off the photo over the years. In my view the price of the restoration was more than reasonable and I would happily recommend SMG Image Solutions to anyone.

SMG Image Solutions carried out some commendable restoration work on the photos of my ancestors-I would highly recommend if you have old photos like mine that had faded and become torn and creased over time. Prompt efficient friendly service too - and reasonably priced. My Mother was also thrilled over her commemorative special birthday DVD. A smashing keepsake that made lasting nmemories out of an enjoyable family day.
