Very good service - staff paused a haircut to carry out a swift and effective phone sim card size change. I'd certainly recommend them as far better than other Cambridge phone shops. They may also be very good barbers but I don't know.

The first visit I bought a new charger and later a battery for my Huawei phone. Both times the service was fast, efficient and very friendly. Thank you.

Dropped my laptop and the metal body was bent over the charging port, so needed the body being hammered back into place. Currys wouldn't do it so Smart Services did it in a couple of hours perfectly for £15 less than anyone else.

I needed the shop to remove 3 screws at the bottom of my laptop as I couldn't do it myself because their heads were damaged. I specifically told the owner to remove those 3 screws, and wrote it on the repair form he asked me to fill. The owner was unable to remove the 3 screws, so instead he removed all the other ones claiming that the laptop lid could be lifted enough to reach some internal components, and wanted to charge me for that. I refused to pay as that's not the job I told him to do, and asked him to put back the screws he removed (who wasn't asked to touch). He gave me back the laptop, and after I inspected it, I noticed that 2 screws were not put back. He had lost them and refused to tell me, luckily I inspected the laptop before leaving and noticed it myself. I had to insist to have them replaced. Fortunately he found the original ones he lost.

The screen on my Nokia phone failed and Smart Services replaced it with a new screen within 48 hours very efficiently and at a reasonable cost and they were very helpful to deal with. Recommended.

Macbook Air No Start Up Disk problem fix by These place, Manufacturer says was logic board problem which was gonna cost too high monie. But the fixes it for me for reasonable price. I could not afford a new Macbook.

I got my iPhone fixed in this for a very good price. One other charged me a fortune and weeks later the bottom part did not work. I took it back there and they failed to do something. I will go here and pay less.
