Ruined My Face – Unprofessional and Dismissive I had an absolutely terrible experience at Slim Bodiline and would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. During my consultation, we agreed on a specific brow style for my nanoblading session, but the artist completely ignored our agreement and left me with uneven, poorly shaped brows that don’t suit my face at all. What made the experience even worse was how my concerns were handled. I repeatedly pointed out issues during the session, including my dissatisfaction with the initial sketch, but the artist dismissed me every time. She told me to “relax, ” insisted she was a professional, and even had the audacity to call me “crazy” for pointing out the obvious flaws. Instead of addressing my concerns, she denied everything and made me feel miserable. Now, I’m left with semi-permanent makeup that has ruined my face. I feel self-conscious and devastated every time I look in the mirror. This was supposed to enhance my appearance, but instead, it’s left me feeling humiliated and regretful. The lack of professionalism, care, and accountability from this business is shocking. Do not make the same mistake I did – save yourself the stress and money by going to a more skilled and respectful artist who will actually listen to you.Moreexpand_more
I have been a client with SlimBodyLine (SBL) for over ten years. SBL offers a wide variety of treatments, from impeccable waxing/threading and manicures/pedicures, and amazing facials to more unique treatments, including Endermology (LPG) and Thermojet. In particular, I have been using these two treatments consistently - when combined they literally allow you to achieve a slim body line in record time. During my last cure, I not only lost 1 Stone within 3 weeks but my body has been completely resculpted as well. What makes SBL even more unique, however, is its Staff. Bhavi, the manager and main therapist, always provides the best of advice in terms of complimentary dieting too and follows your progress every step of the way. Noor and Reetal are the assistants-in-charge and provide VIP service and excellent care. They always seek to accommodate the customer. In short, I couldn't recommend SBL any more!N. , International Journalist and Broadcaster based in London.Moreexpand_more
I had a few sessions left in my Endermologie course. I was so worried that I was going to lose my treatments because I thought they would shut down due to Covid-19. To my surprise Noor messaged me to find out how I was and if I needed any help. As soon as I informed her of my remaining treatments she booked me in on the day suitable for me and continued it with no fuss. The place is friendly, neat and tidy. Highly recommend :).
Initially went asking for the Endermologie, but was advised to take the thermojet and body wraps on consultation. I couldn't be happier with the results and was happy the therapist was professional and advised me according to my body type and my personal targets for losing weight. Needless to say I met my intended target a lot quicker than I expected whilst taking the treatment and to my surprise it worked so well alongside my personal training and I saw results in my body very quickly. I was intrigued by the body wraps as I had read that the mineral clay continues to work 48hours after the treatment. After taking just one treatment my skin felt amazing and by the second I started to see the effect it had in actually contouring my figure. My therapist had compelled me to buy a soap and a scrub (although I had been reluctant as the programme was quite expensive) I had bought the soap as I was serious about my weight loss programme and I felt it actually worked, the lovely, soft and clean feeling the body wraps had left me with was prolonged unlike making me feel my same old self when I didn't use the soap. By my third treatment I had bought the scrub too and I knew it was worth it before I even used it haha. The thermojet works as a heat treatment, (I'll leave it up to the professionals/ website to explain how it works) and I felt much lighter on my feet straight after. It's actually an intensely relaxing treatment in which I almost fell asleep. As it was my first time I was glad that the therapist checked up on me frequently and reminded me to drink water and stay hydrated, especially as it is a treatment which makes you sweat a lot. I have read some negative reviews, but all I can say is, if something feels uncomfortable you should tell the therapists, there's a bell in the room and they'll come directly to help you. I can't understand people who'd continue with a treatment to a point of severe discomfort, it's not a prison, the staff are very very friendly and will remove you from the treatment if you feel you cannot be in the treatment for the allocated time. In all honesty no £20 deposit is worth going through with a treatment which you aren't happy with, so if people are leaving reviews after not communicating with the staff present, can you really blame the staff? I just had to write this review to encourage people who are looking for a treatment which works effectively and for a place where you can get the advise you need! These people are trained and have been around for a while, which I can say as it was recommended to me by my mum. Please think very carefully about negative reviews because many are based on individuals who may not have expressed what they truly felt and needed so that they could be catered to :/ It's such a lovely experience and the treatments actually work! It'd be a shame if people missed out based on people's poorly reviews :(.Moreexpand_more
I love coming here, the staff make me feel amazing and I leave feeling nothing short of a goddess. The revelation of Shellac has changed by life for the better and it is done flawlessly every time. My waxing experience is significantly less painful than most other places (or even doing it at home- which is probably the worst idea I had in a while. ) I will be returning much more regularly throughout summer and recommend that if ever you find yourself in London you must go!
Wow! What an amazing place. Little but cute with every beauty and slimming service under one roof. Shame It only allows one photo otherwise you could have seen my lash perming result, it looks awesome? . I and my sister are booked in for thermojet and Body wrap for next week, I'll tell you all about it in Feb. See yaaaaaa.
Where do I start… I chose this place because they offered Arosha body wrap, highly recommended by my friend, who had it done in another country. The venue itself is ok, on the small side but nothing to complain about. My complaints:1. Nobody asked if I wanted any water when I arrived. 2. Marking my skin with a pen without checking with me first if that is ok (I still have them, after a shower this morning). 3. According to the website, there was supposed to be a scrub- the ladies knew nothing about it, then one of them said there was something, for the first and the last session… I was told I will get it next time I come. 4. On the website, which seems to have the original Arosha manual simply copied, it said not to stretch the bandages, as they will roll- they were pretty tight around my thighs. I wanted the treatment for my thighs and bottom, the fist time they wrapped me, they didn't even cover my bottom properly. They (another lady was helping) added another bandage, not Arosha and soaked it in the liquid, wrapped my arms and half of my bottom. They used 4 original bandages, I don't know how many there were supposed to use. They took the liquid away and did not put it on the bandages, even though I told the lady the website said so. I was asked to put on a special suit that would induce sweating and me moving made the wrap roll down on my thighs, so when I lay down with my legs straight, I felt that my blood supply was cut off, so I had to keep my knees bent. I was so annoyed at that point that I could not relax. After the treatment there was no massage with a use of a special cream (again, on the website). 5. The measurements were a big lie- 5 cm here, 3 cm there? Come on, I'm not blind and I can feel a minor change. All I wanted was to get rid of cellulite- shame because I would have bought 6 sessions if they did what they wrote they would.6. Nobody asked me if I wanted water after the sweaty treatment. 7. I had a 10 pound voucher, as this was my first (and last) time there. One of the ladies said it was above 60 pounds and not for 60 pounds. I showed her the email I got from them. I was charged 50 pounds in the end. Appalling customer service- I am shocked that there are so many good reviews. STAY AWAY.Moreexpand_more
Beautiful little heaven to be, surrounded by helpful staff. Dropped in to check out the place but ended up buying six Thermojets and couple of Emdermologis (hopefully that is how it is spelt). Great treatments as I have lost quite a bit and feeling much healthier and energetic now and extending my London's trip to enjoy every bit of it. I wish I could take SBL clinic to Rotherham:).
I have been going to Slimbody line for over 7 years now. It's an excellent salon with very good treatments at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and professional. The owners Bhavi and Akash are very warm and are always providing useful beauty tips.
