I have used Sleephaven on a few occasions, for carpet and upholstery cleaning and most recently to remove nail varnish from my daughter's bedroom carpet! The service is always first class. I particularly appreciated the honest assessment in advance of the treatment regarding the potential result on the stain removal. Highly Recommended. I've been very disappointed in the past having had carpets 'professionally' cleaned and was very reluctant to try again. Sleephaven exceeded my expectations. I called on Richard to clean the upstairs carpets and I was adamant on throwing the living room carpet away. Richard convinced me to let them clean the living room carpet and needless to say I don't need to replace it at all, it turned out really well.

Richard and Jake did a fantastic job on our rather tired sitting room carpet. All we had to do in preparation was to move small bits of furniture and ornaments out of the way before they arrived. They just came in and got on with it, no fuss, taking great care to return our armchairs and settees to our favourite positions. All the dirt and stains have gone, leaving it looking clean and much brighter. We were on the verge of buying a new carpet but they're good work means we don't have to! Bonus! Thanks guys!

Exceeded my expectations. We have had the same carpets cleaned 3 times before (by others)and they came up ok. This time they came up almost as good as new. They were dry within an hour of being done and a week later still look clean and fresh. Excellent customer service too, called to say they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. I would recommend and will be using again.
