Paul was patient and professional. Our job wasn't straightforward but Paul resolved all problems. He is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Fitted a new aerial to our living room, gave us a great price for the job especially when our house has really thick walls which made the job more difficult. Overall really impressed with the service, fantastic job. Will be recommending him to friends and family as well using him again to connect aerials to other rooms.

I previously had a multiroom aerial system fitted and Paul could not be faulted - however, contacted him at the beginning if Decmber and, due to his family committments, arranged a further rom to be addd to the system on 16 Dec. I have left messages on Pauls' mobile and home numbers, also calling without leaving messages and am still awaiting a response from him, to say I'm disappointed that there has been no communication whatsoever is an understatement.

Phoned at 12 noon for an appointment - chap arrived on time, diagnosed the problems with the televison reception and suggested a repair. He told us that there was no need for a replacement aerial - how many companies would have told us that I wonder - did the repair suggest a future plan of action when our tv - the culprit - finally stopped working at an acceptable level. The cost was far far less than I expected for this level of service and for the fullsome advice.

I live in Berkshire and my parents live in the north east. They were are having some connection issues with their sky installation and some of the other equipment connected to their television. Paul responded promptly, investigated and troubleshooted through their set up, established and resolved the issue. He was professional friendly and demonstrated his wealth of experience by explaining clearly and concisely the problem and solution. I would thoroughly recommend his services.

Paul came over today because I believed there was no aerial anywhere on my flat. He arrived at the agreed time, and as soon as he came in, he explained how our aerial works as we live in a communal area with shared signals. He then tested our signal to find it and see how strong it was, in seconds he found we had a strong signal, so it was as simple as just replacing a lead. We felt bad for calling him out for such a small thing but he was happy/friendly and carried out the work testing the signal and made us a new cable as a good will gesture. Paul was very knowledgeable in his work and explained everything to us in a language we understood. Highly recommended and will use again.

Paul installed a new aerial and cable for me on 21 March 14. He arrived at the agreed time, fully explained the job to me, we agreed a price and he completed a high quality job with a great attention to detail. I was very happy with the completed job and the quality of his workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul for any future work.

Paul installed a DAB aerial for me on the 19th Feb. 2014. He arrived on time, gave an explanation on what the job entailed and how much it would cost. The quality of his work and the materials he used were first class. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who requires his services. And what is more he is a really nice lad.

I rang Skytec today to get a new TV aerial fitted and Paul arrived at 5pm. The light was fading and I expected an appointment to be made for the following day but having after a quick look around my aerial was up and the television was on before the 6 o'clock news. While he was up his ladder Paul even tidied up other cabling which had come loose. Cracking job and really didn't expect it done straight away. Thanks and I won't hesitate to use Skytec again. We first contacted skytec aerials at the weekend. It was outside their reported hours but it was very urgent that we got our satellite aligned. Paul from skytec offered to come out and help us despite it being late on Saturday. The service was very professional. Paul went over and above what one would expect. He spent a lot of time educating me about the issues so I can understand exactly what was going wrong and how it could be fixed. Unfortunately due to earlier problems created by the dishes installation (another company was responsible for the initial setup), Paul was unable to resolve the issue on that day. However, even the next day he was in contact with suggestions and ideas about how I could correct the problems with the dishes installation, and walked me through it in case I wanted to have a go myself. This was not a typical tv setup, it was satellite broadband, Paul also contacted the company who sold the dish on my behalf for further advice. This was all done at no extra charge. I had moved into a new property in Gateshead NE8 where previous tenants had tampered with aerial to install Virgin. I contacted Paul via the online booking form and we were able to confirm an appointment the same evening. He arrived exactly when we'd agreed and not only fixed my aerial, but taught me how to change connectors and gave me some local knowledge. Paul provided a professional, friendly, value for money service finding the most cost effective solution for my tv viewing. He also demonstrated endless patience explaining how my new freeview box works and didn't rush off to the next job.

Paul visited my home within a few hours of my call concerning a signalling and reception problem I was experiencing. He worked methodically and logically trying to track down the problem and soon discovered the cause. I contacted Paul at Skytec mid-week for a quote for installing a new digital aerial and 5 aerial points. Paul arranged a time to call to provide a quote and arrived on time as arranged. Paul conducted a thorough survey and provided information on different options and prices, he was very happy to leave a detailed quotation for works with me so I could decide if I wanted the work to go ahead. The work was completed the following Saturday to my complete satisfaction, very neatly with no mess. I would recommend this company highly. A very professional, polite and punctual service.

Paul spent almost 3 hours installing a satellite system for me this morning and I strongly recommend him if you need any similar work doing. His meticulous approach and attention to detail has meant all cables are neat and tidy both inside and outside the property, excellent job.
