Sometimes the whole mechanism does not need replacing just the centre case. We can also supply any centre cases that can be removed, although in some mechanisms the centre case cannot be removed. This is because it’s been designed not to be removed. Changing the centre case is cheaper then changing the whole mechanism.

After an attempted burglary, Stuart arrived to ensure that my property was secure and returned the next day to fit new locks and handles. Stuart also purchased and fitted snaplocks which were recommended by the Police (and for less than I could find on the internet). The service Stuart provided was first class and the total cost was also very reasonable. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*.

Called SJO about replacing some warned out door handles. Got an accurate estimate of £60 (this is the actual price paid) over the phone which is half the price of what other locksmiths were quoting. As soon as he got the parts, the gentlman came and did a perfect job. He also corrected the locking alignment at no extra charge. A truely honest, recommendable service.

Wife and I locked ourselves out of the front door on a Saturday afternoon. SJO were able to send someone round within an hour, and even able to open the lock without damaging it! The cost (£30 + VAT) might seem a little steep for what seemed like such a simple task, but then again it is a Saturday, and at least we don't have to replace the lock. The gentleman was also very friendly and polite the whole time, so we're 100% satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else.
