SimplyNeat Fire Solutions Ltd is a sole-practitioner fire risk assessment consultancy in Petersfield, Hampshire, led by Brian Neat - a former fire service Group Manager and A31 enforcement signatory with 30+ years' experience. Every assessment is carried out personally by Brian, with no sub-contracted assessors or junior staff.

Services include full on-site Fire Risk Assessments, FRA Review and Revisit, enforcement-facing work responding to Article 30/31 FSO notices, Building Safety Act 2022 assessments, and pre-occupation assessments. Fixed fees are agreed in writing before work starts, backed by £5m Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Brian has issued Enforcement and Prohibition Notices himself and contributed to national fire safety policy - reports are written to withstand scrutiny from enforcing officers, solicitors, insurers, or a court. Clients want fire safety done properly, not cheaply.
