I am a client of Simplyfone and was emailed this recent bad review of this companys products by a mate to see if it was true. yes I can comment! I can totally disagree. Their rates (just look on therir site) their service and their empathy is frankly amazing. The poor reviewer must have had a error or made a mistake as I've used simplyfone for a loooooong time and I have recommended them to all my mates as they are fantastic! c'mon 1p or less to US and elsewhere! well done guys.

Be very very careful when using this service, I was supposed to get 7p a minute calls to North Cyprus mobile numbers but in fact they were chargging me more than double that amount. I only realised when I was connecting with £1. 07 left and the message told me I had 7 minutes to talk. I emailed the company and they told me that they had found a billing problem that would be fixed next day. No mention of any compensation or refund of my money, I then wrote back and asked them to investigate my calls and even provided the dates and times of my calls for the last 2 weeks. They wrote back and said they admitted no error and that for my custom I was being credited with £1. 50. Since there is no billing there is no way to verify easily how much they are charging. All in all very very poor and I would say verging on illegal behaviour as they clearly advertise the rates and yet feel no obligation to charge correctly or reimburse when they dont.

I am very pleased by the service and quality of product that Simply Fone provide. My phone bills have reduced dramatically and my bank manager and accountant are now much happier people as a result!

Great service each time. Cheap calls too. Worldwide. Any problems, dealt with immediately.
