Absolutely chuffed to bits with our quartz kitchen and utility surfaces. From initial enquiry to templating and a very speedy turnaround to fit, all aspects were first class. Pricing is excellent having had quotes from elsewhere - lee and the team were a joy to work with - attention to detail second to none - thoroughly recommend using this company.

We had simplicity granite fit our kitchen worktop back in April 2018. We are very happy with the installation and product. Since then we developed a slight problem with one of worktop joint. I rang simplicity granite to inform them of the problem, I was assured that the problem would be dealt with asap. Just like to say that even with the Covid-19 situation simplicity granite came the next day and sorted the problem out. Brad and Callum fitted new quartz worktop in my kitchen today. Level of care for their work and eye for detail was brilliant. Whole process from choosing to fitting has been simple and good value with no silly extras as with some companies. They left me with clear information about caring for the product and a chopping board made from the cut out of the sink.

Jermaine and Brad were very tidy and affable workmen and did a great job. I can't comment on value for money as it was included in the kitchen cost but selected the better than expected option as it required a response to be able to post the review.

All work done last November on time and with efficiency, very impressed with the precision employed when fitting. I watched them do it. It is now January and we had a major problem NOT OF THEIR DOING. We had to have the kitchen flue lined during the course of which we had a major soot fall. Soot everywhere. 5 days on and we are still cleaning up. We phoned Lee to ask for advice on cleaning the worktops, and without us asking, two of the fitters came round and cleaned it all down for us. That's what I call old time service, a rarity nowadays.

We used Simplicity Granite for both our kitchen and utility worktops and we have been absolutely delighted with them. Right from the beginning in the showroom, Lee gave me as much time as I needed to explore the range and to answer questions. Rick came and templated and Luke and Carl came to install. Had a problem with one piece of quartz worktop dropped about 1ml. Called in and within 2 hours a fitter came and fixed it and renewed silicon filler. Cannot get better customer service than that.
