Didn't have long to wait for an appointment - a home visit is usually fine. He explained what he was doing and why, how things were going, what the problem was as he went along. Checked I understood, no problem with questions. Really good value for money. Done in an hour.

Really helpful and speedy responses from Jonathan each time we have used him, initially over the phone (lockdown) but subsequent home visits to set up a new laptop, etc. And very reasonable charges.

I called Jonathon in to set up my new laptop which arrived with Windows 10 and a dustbin. My old laptop suffered cable/plug/casing melt down so was totally inaccessible. He came very promptly, He spent time first asking what I did on the laptop, what is important to me and what is n't. He listened and then customized the installation to suit me perfectly having removed my old drive and uploaded what I wanted from it. He installed new programs, tested every thing was working and that we understood what I had got. Was exactly what I wanted. Great service. Very reasonable rate. Highly recommend him to any body with a computer problem.

Extremely pleased with the very prompt and truly excellent service that Jonathan gave. Jonathan managed to recover all the data, which I thought would be lost, after a serious hard-drive failure. He had a new hard-drive and key software installed the next day and provided lots of other help and advice in getting everything back to normal. I don't normally leave reviews on these sites, but Jonathan was deserving of making an exception. He was prompt responding to my enquiry, and then took me through the possible sources of the problems I was experiencing. When he came around he quickly identified what was wrong and suggested several possible plans to remedy the fault. He didn't hang around during the long data upload periods, and therefore wasn't 'on the clock'. I ended up with a fully rebuilt system working exactly as required and all accomplished over the weekend so it didn't impact on my working week. Great service, and reasonably priced! 5 stars all round.

This was the first occasion I have used Simpletek and can highly recommend. Johnathan was very friendly and helpful and certainly extremely knowledgeable. He resolved the problems on my lap top and iPad very easily. Left me feeling full of confidence and will certainly use him in the future.

Jonathan responded very quickly to my cries for help on two occasions - and expertly solved the problems for me.

Jonathan was asked to transfer information from the old hard drive onto a new computer. Also to make the new computer user-friendly for us. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

Wanted a 2 year check up on my laptop to make sure everything was OK. Got exactly that plus the removal of programmes I didn't need which increased my download speed dramatically. Excellent work at a very reasonable cost.

As a non-techie I was very anxious when I suspected my PC had become infected with a virus and unsure how to proceed. Jonathan came round, ran a malware check, removed offending software and generally streamlined my PC's operation. He was prompt, patient and efficient. If I encounter further problems I shall be giving him a call.
