Simple Property APP has been created in partnership with Property Investors, IT Professionals and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Consultants who specialise in Property. Between us we have many decades of experience and have been nominated for a number of industry awards.

Why Simple Property APP?
Having invested in property for many years and with a growing property portfolio, we needed something to help us manage our properties effectively and simply. Having tried using spreadsheets, filing systems and email, we found that this was time consuming, created duplicate information and made management of our properties tedious and inaccurate. We searched for property management systems and found that the tools available did not meet our needs as they were either too complex or did not provide the information and support that we were looking for. So we designed our own. An APP that works on your phone, tablet and web whether you’re connected to the internet or not.
