This 'plumber' called round after our boiler broke down. He demanded money upfront £140 and when this was paid this he 'tinkered' with the boiler for less than 10 minutes before leaving claiming it was fixed. When we checked it we found it was still the same. When we tried to call him back he didn't answer (knowing clearly he why we were calling). Please be aware especially at this time of year and not be taken in by conmen looking to take advantage. I called him a few times and he was very abusive and demanded another £190 to come out and needed this upfront again? ! The boiler was fixed the next day for £40 by a reputable company who identifed the problem immediately.

Plumber arrived when he said he would. Carried out the repair to our cistern and charged the amount quoted the day before. He completed the repair within an hour and cleaned up afterwards. Left his contact details should there be any problem. Excellent.

Plumber called out to fit sink taps bath taps and shower. Told that the pipe work that was in place was shoddy and need fixing instructed to make good all joints and replace where nessecary or to change the entire pipe work. Plumber took 2 hours to fit the taps and replace a small amount of pipe work and supposedly tighten and make good joints. Pipe on shower burst off 30 mins after he left he was called and said he could come out the next day. I called him after my work to be told he could not guarantee the work As it was not his so what did he actually do for £155. My understanding is if you are instructed to make good all joints and replace where you think suitable the job is wholly yours and you should therefore guarantee that job not bodge it and then say it wasn't me. Very unhappy and would not recommend this plumber.

Great service very quick and efficient and affordable! I was scared of being ripped off but after seeing some good review on here I didn't hesitate to call and I have no regrets that I did! Hal was so friendly and I will use his service from now on!

Hal the Plumber visited to fix a hot water problem. He called to reassure me he was on his way 45mins into the one hour time slot he had given me for arrival. I thought that this was very considerate as I was beginning to wonder if he would turn up at the agreed time. He assessed the problem quickly and was able to give me a verbal quote for the work. He was able to offer me a time to return in the next couple of days. He also moved my heavy washing machine to get at the pipes and asked for something to stand so as not to get dirty footprints on the appliance. Overall better than I expected, efficient and friendly. Installed a new overflow pipe in our central heating boiler. Hal was intent on doing the job properly (it had been bodged before) and charged a very reasonable price to do it. He was also very personable. Would definitely use him again.

Was extremely happy to have this company out to fix an emergency Leak for me. They where extremely prompt and the service as top class.

Hal was a very friendly and efficient. He fit the job around my schedule. He stayed late until the job was done and even fixed other parts of my bathroom free of charge. Hal even came back a week later to fix the toilet which needed a specialist part. I will always use Hal in the future and will pass his details to anyone who needs plumbing done in the future.

First class service! Called Hal on a Saturday night and was happy to come straight away but also happy to fit round a time that suited me best. He did boiler and gas safety landlord certificate and explained everything along the way. As a single female, I'm always cautious about workmen in the house but wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for gas/plumbing needs. Thanks again!

Called company after pipe came loose under bsth. Plumber arrived within the hour and replaced the fitting. I have had no further problems with it since would highly recommend them for a fast and efficient service.

I called this company around 8. 45 a. M. My call was attended the same day, at a time of my convenience. I needed a cartridge replaced in my kitchen tap and the gentleman (Hal by name) carrying out the work, replaced both. The parts are inexpensive and this was a precautionary proceedure. He was thorough, quick, efficient and cleaned up after the task had been completed. I would have no qualms about recommending this firm.

I used this company to repair my boiler, they were quick to attend, friendly and professional. Happy with the job and will use them again, cheaper than expected too.
