About Simon's Bakery
Welcome to Simon's Bakery. I am cake designer based in Tooting, London, making delicious Swiss meringue buttercream and ganache wedding cakes and other celebration cakes.
I specialise in designing cakes that have a modern contemporary feel, characterised by a clean and precise finish, smooth sides and sharp edges. I also utilise other modern design techniques incorporating moulded chocolate and wafer paper, and flowers. I have years of cooking and baking experience, and other an exciting menu of flavours that combine a delicious combination of taste and texture.
I also specialise in the delcious Russian honey cake, with layers of spiced gingerbread honey biscuit and caramelised dulce de leche cream filling. I also make other patisserie and tarts from small events.
