My Macbook had locked me out and I couldn't bypass this with AppleID. Andrew worked on this issue creatively until it was resolved and my Macbook was up and running again. I recommend him and I'm glad to have such great support local to me.

My laptop had some software added to it and other fews things as it was slow and giving me a few problems, now it works even better than before have had no problems with my laptop, I couldn't recommend enough, communication was excellent I was always given updates whilst my laptop was being looked at, excellent service.
