Silver Star Wedding Cars

Hire date 25 November 2023. From the first initial phone call to enquire about hiring the cars Karen was extremely helpful. I had enquired about hiring cars from various companies but none could offer a preview of the cars on offer. This was completely different with this company as we were encouraged to come and view the cars prior to any commitment to hire. We previewed the cars and we were amazed at the quality of the cars on offer. There were no pushy salespeople and Karen explained about the cars and answered any questions we had. Karen also explained what would happen on the day of the wedding and would send an itinerary of times they would arrive and collect the wedding party. This did help in reducing our stress. Once we ordered the cars we did receive the itinerary and on the day everything was as per the schedule. The chauffeurs arrived smartly dressed and couldn’t do enough to ensure everything went smoothly. The finer details provided by Silver Star completed a perfect day. The cars and chauffeurs complimented the whole atmosphere of the church and wedding reception. As a company it is very rare to find one that does offfer Value for money, exceptional Service, and Quality of the product being purchased. From the very first contact, right through to the day itself we can honestly say we were blown away. Nothing was to much trouble, even when we asked to add an additional journey on to our booking, this was dealt with swiftly and effortlessly. Karen arranged for us to view the car of our choice the Regent Landaulet (Reggie) before the big day and you could see the love and attention the car receives when we went to the viewing. Karen sent out different swatches of coloured ribbon to ensure it matched our colour scheme for the day which was excellent and a lovely touch. With Reggie being silver this really enhanced our colour theme too and was very different to the usual wedding car colours. The big day arrived and the various trips to the local church went seamlessly, the car looked amazing and there were lots of comments from the guests about Reggie, the kid’s loved him! Reggie certainly looked good in the photo’s and the ‘bubbly’ after the ceremony to the venue was a lovely touch. Absolute 5 star service from start to finish. We can’t recommend Silver Star Wedding Cars enough, very reasonably priced, amazing customer service, attention to detail and gorgeous wedding cars, what more could you want when planning your big day. I would highly recommend silver stars wedding cars, they had a great selection of ribbons that matched our wedding theme perfectly and the cars (and drivers! ) were dressed beautifully. They were extremely timely and communicated well throughout which allowed for a seamless, stress free wedding!

Having altered the date 5 times due to covid my daughters wedding finally took place on Saturday 11th September 2021. Karen contacted me at every stage to confirm new dates and availability. A professional friendly service the car we used was exactly what we asked for and nothing was too much trouble everything went as planned and the car looked amazing. Professional, friendly and a very competitive price. It is hard to put into words just how amazing Silver Star wedding cars are. Karen handled our booking and was the chauffeur on the big day (very smart uniform). The car itself was stunning both inside and out. Complimentary bottle of bubbly was a lovely touch. We just can’t praise or thank them enough. Perfect.

From start to finish Karen provided an outstanding service for our wedding, the weeks prior to our wedding we had to make so many changes due to floods in the local area, nothing was too much hassle in doing so. From start to finish Karen and Darren provides a fantastic service. We only needed one car to take myself and my bridesmaids to the venue. The car was a very competitive price, which suited our tight budget. Did not push us to have additional services. Driver was prompt and friendly and put us all at ease and the car was immaculate. Amazing cars Karen was lovely and was our driver nothing was to much trouble for her. We had the Maisie Beauford car with Karen driving got into the car with going to the chapel and going to get married playing love songs all the way to the church and back. Karen and Darren provided us with the most exceptional service we could have asked for. Karen was our chauffeur for our wedding day and she made us feel at ease at all times, and was so friendly and easy to talk to. We had quite a long journey to the church and myself and my dad enjoyed it very much and myself and my new husband did as well to our reception venue. Karen made sure that we were exactly on time and did not make us feel rushed. She was happy to accommodate any requests we had, even moving the car to a specific place for us so we could get some photos! They ensured that they added a personal touch as well.
