We had our wedding at The White Swan Hotel in Alnwick and Silver Birch Design was an appointed supplier for our stationary such as Table Plan, Place Cards and menu ect. Janette is the owner of the company as well as our designer to the stationary for our wedding, she is professional and very creative. There is never "no" or "can't do" with Janette, anything I suggested and requested, Janette will make sure this is done to my requirement. On the day of our wedding, both me and my husband were absolutely amazed at the finishing products she put together, everything is what I always wanted and exceeded our expectations, there wasn't anything else I can pick a fault on. Janette is also responsible in putting a candy bar at my evening reception, the presentaion of the candy bar was beautifully done, it was decorated in corporation to our theme and everyone loved it on the night. I would highly recommend Silver Birch Design to any couples who is planning their wedding, Janette from Silver Birch Design had been brilliant and certainly is someone you can rely on.

Janette at Silver Birch has provided me with both my wedding invites and venue stationery. From our initial meeting right I just had a good feeling about working with Janette, she listens to what you have to say and makes suggestions to enhance your ideas without trying to take over. The samples she produced were exactly what I was looking for, and the quality was perfect. And that's not the end of the process if there are any tweaks or changes you want then she's more than happy to work with you until you get the perfect product. So many of my guests came back following them receiving there invites saying how fabulous they were. And now I can't wait to see all of our venue stationery which I know will be of as equally high standard to the invites. Nothing is too much trouble for Janette and if she has a way of making it happen then she will. She listens to the people she works with and she just seems to get what you want, while making it a really fun process! Janette has a genuine enthusiasm for what she does and it's really infectious. Janette did such a wonderful job on our table plan and table names for our wedding on 29th September 2012. Her service was professional and very helpful. The items looked stunning in the day and really went well with the whole room and colour scheme (black and white). As a surprise my mom (pauline lstchem) had also contacted janette who produced a beautiful scroll in the same style as the table plan and table names for my 7 year old son to read on the day which was a surprise to me and my now husband as it had been kept secret and to top it all off janette produced a framed copy of the speech my son did for us to treasure forever. Janet did my invitations and all the other stationery for my wedding last year and she was amazing she is so friendly and helpful and her quality of work is outstanding and very dedicated lady who works very hard and it shows an absolutely lovely women who should be recognised for her effort and determination would definately recommend.

I placed an order for a table plan, table names and a postbox for my wedding after seeing great reviews of Silver Birch on various websites and I can say i was not disappointed! My items were fabulous and made to an extremely high quality and colour match was perfect! Fast delivery and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I bought a wedding keepsake box from this seller and needed specific colours & done in a specific time (which was a matter of next day delivery). When it arrived i was flabagasted. It looked brilliant, very professional, just like it had come from one of those posh shops. Needless to say when i am need of any other occassion items i will be reusing this seller, absolute quality at reasonable rates.

I found Silver Birch Designs by chance and boy was I pleased I had. I initially needed a special birthday card for my mothers 70th but I was so pleased with the card I followed up with my fathers 70th as well. Both times after giving a brief overview of both characters by email I then received cards which reflected everything I had written. Both came very carefully wrapped and in good time.
