I asked for a recommendation from my builder for a company to fit some made to measure plantation shutters in my new house. Shutterworks responded immediately and came to measure and quote, fitting following manufacture some weeks later. The quality of the product is excellent and Paul does a great job in fitting and finishing. So impressed have we been with the quality of the job done on the windows at the front of our house, we have now committed to having the windows at the rear finished in the same way. Quality, service and value for money are rare commodities to find in any single provider, but you get all three with Shutterworks!

Shutterworks have been great to work with, they took the time to answer our questions and visited a second time to check a couple of details. They observed safety precautions due to the pandemic and always wore a mask and kept their distance. Despite the expected shipment delays, again due to the pandemic, the shutters were installed only a week or so later than the usual lead time and they kept us informed. The shutters look fantastic and the installation was seamless with Paul ensuring everything was clean. He even helped out to adjust some existing shutters that were already in the house that had been installed by someone else. I have recommended them to neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Paul fitted 7 shutters to our house. First class standard of workmanship and quality of the shutters. Very competitive pricing and the house left very tidy on completion of the installation. Holly communicated well from start to finish. All in all a great experience.

The service was great - very responsive, excellent workmanship and left everything clean and tidy. I got several quotes but what swung it for me (as well as price) was that the person who was doing the work came to do the quote and could explain how he would tackle a slightly awkward ledge on the window sill.
