Absolutely fabulous product, installation, and service provided by Shutters by Design. Received a quote over the phone which proved to be accurate following a measuring up visit. Quote was very competitive compared to more well known brands. Installation took a few hours and the quality of both the product and workmanship was top notch. Have decided to order an additional shutter for my kitchen.

We have just had plantation blinds fitted by Lee at Shutters by design. We are delighted with the result. Attention to detail is second to none. Lee came early on in our build/renovation and helped us plan and design the blinds. He loaded with our builders to ensure all the measurements were correct and came over at least three times to show us samples colours and work through the design. Very impressed and would absolutly recommend and use his services.

I'd like to say it was a pure pleasure to work with a company such as Shutters By Design, from the very beginning when Lee came around to go through the options and in fairness Lee advised us on the suitability of product to suit our windows! The workmanship in terms of quality of product, installation and on time delivery was excellent, plus the value for money on product compared to a major retailer who will 'never knowingly be undersold' was unbelievable! All in all I can say I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked my opinion, first rate company, giving wonderful customer service doing a first class job!

Shutters by Design dressed our windows in shutters and two windows with wooden blinds. Shutters are excellent noise and light reducers. Contemporary design and finish is impeccable. Lee from Shutters by Design provided excellent service, always followed up any queries and kept to schedule. They are more expensive than wooden blinds but with durability the value should be realised over years.

Lee came to measure the window and fitted it himself. He thought about the best design for us and not just the easiest to fit. Cleared up after himself too, which shows he'll complete the job properly.

Excellent service from Lee. From giving advice at the initial measuring-up stage to fitting the shutters, could not find fault at all. There was no hard sell and honest delivery date given. Very impressed with attention to detail when fitting, he also too away all the packaging on completion which is unusual these days! Highly recommended!

Lee was professional, he gave an extensive explaition of all the options available, especially as we had one unuasal window to tackle. We were quoted a 10 week delivery which was spot on. I had shutters installed in my living room in March by Lee, and what a fantastic job he did for me. The shutters look lovely and I have had a lot of interest in them because they look so good. They are exceptional quality and where well fitted. So much so I had Lee install them in my two front bedrooms in July. Iam really, really glad that I invested in Lee. I love my shutters! I had tier on tier shutters fitted throughout my Victorian terrace and they look fabulous! Great service (friendly and reliable) and good value for money. Lee advised me on which type of shutters would suit my house best and also which size of slats to go for which wasn't something I'd considered before.
