Meet Jez for the first time after searching Internet for local massage therapist. I've only had a back massage once in my life, which I enjoyed. How, after an hour with Jez, I've never felt so relaxed. I hadn't realised just how much stress and tension I was holding onto in my shoulders particularly. Thanks to Jez, I'm now walking taller. Very professional massage therapist who definitely knows his stuff. I recommend him highly.
We (man and wife in our 50s/60s) worked with Jeremy for 6 months and found our weekly sessions to be a high point of the week; we both lost weight and became noticeably fitter. Unfortunately, we have now moved from the Cambridge area. We found Jeremy to be sensible, knowledgeable, fair in price and flexible to time adjustments. Above all, we found him easy to work with and to be always encouraging but in no way a martinet. Strongly recommend.
Jez is absolutely fantastic! Whatever your goal may be: losing weight, general fitness or getting in shape, Jez will help you and support you throughout every aspect of your training. Jez is not only a great personal trainer but a real laugh, could not recommend anyone more highly!
I have been training with Jez for several years. He understands any difficulties you may have and gives you loads of encouragement. I trained with Jez before and after several ankle/foot operations and this helped keep my legs strong and recovery was greatly improved.
I've been training with Jez for over two years now. It started back in 2010 with a desire to improve my strength and fitness in preparation for various mountaineering and rock-climbing trips. I have to say that he manages to cram a lot of activity into our weekly hour-long sessions, working on one set of muscles whilst another is recovering in readiness for the next bout. It's far more effective than training alone, as I wouldn't voluntarily submit myself to uphill sprints, burpees or dozens of press-ups without Jez to encourage me (or to mock me mercilessly if I can't do them, of course). It's been tough, but effective, training. This year, I fulfilled my long-held ambition to climb The Matterhorn - a wonderful experience, but one that needed every bit of my reserves. Isabel.
I have been training with Jez for over a year now and as well as helping me to achieve my goals he has made my training sessions more interesting and effective. As a trainer he is very reliable and I am now training for the Great North Run next year.
