I have used Shaws for years now and have always had exemplary service. Today a fault was discovered during the annual service and the advice and practical assistance given by Chris was much appreciated. He is ultra professional.

Had a new Heating Pump, Valve, Timer and Thermostat fitted. Chris is always helpful and quick to respond. Quality of work outstanding and everything explained along the way. Always a positive attitude.

Serious leak reported by tenant, causing flooding in flat below. Called, and plumber attended site in less than an hour. Faulty part replaced immediately at callout charge quoted.

Rather expensive call-out charge, albeit much to do with the time of year between Xmas and New Year. Excellent standard of work.
