I met Carole online by luck while doing a Google search for someone to make my curtains. Her prices were better than most, but more importantly when I contacted her for a quote, I received a personal response, helping me find the right dimensions, which I valued greatly. I have made every pair of curtains and every blind in my home since I was a teenager, so there was an element of guilt in my order of curtains for my bedroom. Could I really justify the extra cost for someone else to do this for me? I have no regrets - it was easy, very quick and I have curtains which are perfect. I am usually very hard to please, with great attention to small detail, and I am delighted with the curtains - and have already started planning for the next project to send Carole's way! In addition, when I left some fabric ordering way too late, Carole answered emails late into the night to help me, and used her status as a premier stockist for Romo to make an order just in time. She went above and beyond what I expected, especially as it was a small order, and I am immensely grateful.
