SGR does not provide "off the shelf" policy manuals and procedures; the company uses a system that ensures the required standard is met but does not restrict the client’s business. SGR ensure that documentation is appropriate, affective and designed to meet the objectives of the client’s business.

SGR aims to provide a Management System that adopts the processes and procedures already in place while adding those required to fill any gaps identified this encourages staff to take ownership of the system. SGR has a minimalist approach to documentation to reduce the administrative burden.

Medical device companies may decide to implement ISO 13485:2016, SGR are familiar and experienced in working with the Medical Devices Directive and providing Management Systems that meet these requirements. The company is able to assist in the creation of technical files that meet the safety and performance requirements of the EU Medical Devices Regulation and the UK Medical Devices Regulations, allowing CE marking and UKCA marking of our client’s products.
