Absolutely brilliant tailor service here. I needed 3 lots of jacket sleeves shortened for work and I'm very pleased with the results. She was very helpful, work was top quality and she was a joy to deal with. Highly recommended.

This is the second time Elizabeth has shortened trouser leg lengths for me. On both occasions the results have been exemplary. This time one of the fabrics was particularly challenging and required some hand sewing. Not only that but Elizabeth was able to advise on the optimum length to suit the trouser style. A fantastic result, thank you. Elizabeth has an amazing personality, is a high quality seamstress and I have no hesitation in recommending her skills.

I can’t praise Elizabeth’s work or thank her enough…she works to a very high professional standard and at incredibly low prices, it’s just amazing. My only regret is that I haven’t found her sooner ! I can highly recommend her work to absolutely anyone, I have to admit, I’m very very fussy when it comes to sewing alterations. , but honestly, no one would ever know. Her work is just perfect. And not only that, Elizabeth is a lovely lady. Very pleasant, always helpful and always has time for you….

I often buy clothes bargains in charity shops and nine times out of ten they need new zips, hems taking up, or if too big a good deal of taking in. Elizabeth's workmanship is outstanding, neat, and she always ensures it fits you correctly. Very professionally done! And her prices are good value. Liz herself is also very patient. She knows her fabrics and will tell you what can and cannot be done. Highly recommended!

First time I have used Elizabeth to altar my suit trousers and from start to finish she was very professional and her knowledge was outstanding and felt at ease I made the right decision in going to her. We have had Elizabeth do our alterations on our clothes 4 or 5 times we would recommend her service she is very helpful and the work is excellent.

I recently had the good fortune to have Elizabeth alter some clothes for me. She altered a few dresses and trousers, one of the dresses had a cross over neckline that didn’t fit when I bought the dress. It now fits perfectly. I also like the fact that Elizabeth prices the work prior to starting the alterations. Can highly recommend. Excellent prompt service.

I have used Elizabeth’s sewing services for a couple of years now and feel very lucky to have found such a talented lady to undertake this work. I say this as her work is exceptional and she is a true professional. She is reliable, honest and friendly and will always view the item beforehand to ensure she fully understands what is required, whether the alteration is possible and will always provide a timescale of completion. I would consider Elizabeth’s work to be fairly priced against other competitors and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Elizabeth does all of my clothing alterations which has included trousers, taken in to fit and jeans and chinos shortened and finished with original bottoms. She has also tailored a to large overcoat to fit. Her work is of the highest quality as is her knowledge of tailoring.
