Brett has sorted out my embroidery module problems with my 630E and serviced both that machine and my old 1260. The quality of the work and service is excellent. My 1260 came home cleaner and quieter than I had seen it for many years!

Very good servicing done on my Bernina 440. Also excellent follow-up on an unrelated sewing machine problem 6 months later, solved by E:mailing Brett photos of the affected part. Very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.

Brett Banfield is technically very competant. My sewing machine was not working at all(the needle kept breaking , the stitches were not proper). I contacted Brett's company, and I had a very good service from them. The machine was collected/repaired/serviced and dropped off at my place. It works perfectly now. Would highly recommend sew pro.
