Setcops Farm Cottages offer self catering accommodation in a range of six cottages with a variety of room options to suit your individual or group booking requirements. We offer a home from home whether on business or leisure for short or longer lets.

Set amidst beautiful countryside with stunning views up to the Lincolnshire Wolds, we are ideally located as base from which to explore Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the East Coast.

We offer accommodation on site for your guests in our holiday cottages and our bridal venue hire includes a night's stay in the Bridal Suite for the happy couple.
Each cottage has it's own character with various room options to suit your booking requirements and fully equipped for self catering. All rates include bed linen, towels, heating, hot water and WiFi.

Barn hire fee includes : exclusive use of the Barn, tables and chairs, cake table and knife, fully licensed bar, wedding/events coordinator to ensure your event runs smoothly on the day, car parking, function facilities seating up to 130 guests and can accommodate up to 150 guests for evening celebrations, use of grounds for photographs. Other features include : all one level access for disabled including toilets, dance floor, drinks packages, corkage option, garden games and Bridal Suite for the Wedding Couple.
