Tom and Ryan totally re-fitted our main bathroom after flooding caused serious damage. From replacing floor joists, changing the bath/shower to a spacious walk-in shower, a new ceiling, lights and extractor fan, completely tiled and all finished with care and attention to detail. We are very happy with the end result and will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Tom, ably assisted by Ryan, has fitted two new ensuite bathroom/wetrooms in my 1860s house. Their work is of extremely high quality with a real commitment to producing bathrooms that function well and are visually attractive. I have used Serenity Bathrooms in the past and have no hesitation in continuing to strongly recommending this company.

We recently had a complete refit of our bathroom, and chose Serenity Bathrooms because of the many good reviews they have received. Our bathroom is small and our plan was to replace the bath with a shower, complete with upgraded fittings. Serenity Bathrooms' owner Tom Halliday was very helpful, guiding us through the process and he takes the credit for the final design plan. He also advised us on the best options for bathroom furniture, fittings and tiles. The work was carried out to a very high standard, with meticulous attention to detail. There was little mess (considering the scale of the project), which involved stripping back to the brickwork, removing tiles, replumbing, and electrical work. Things were completed within the agreed timescale and much of the work was done while we were away on holiday. Tom had already gained our trust and we were happy to leave him and colleague Ryan to deal with things in our absence. We arrived back to a beautiful new bathroom, which makes the most of our small space and is a huge improvement. Overall, we found Serenity Bathrooms a very easy organisation to deal with, honest and straightforward in their approach, and responsive to our needs in a friendly fashion. Serenity have just completed ourBathroom refurbishment and the end result is stunning. Tom has taken our proposed new layout and included other design features which has left us with our dream bathroom. The work was carried with minimum disruption to a high standard and the attention to detail applied shows in the finished installation. We cant thank Tom and Ryan enough for all their hard work and would happily recommend them to our friends.

Tom and his team have completed an excellent project for us in an 1820s Edinburgh house. Two aspects of their work are really special: first the quality of the finished product – we have a shower room fitted into a former cupboard (less than 1. 5m by 2m), yet it looks superb, works really well and is a pleasure to use. Second, Tom, Ryan and Mark are at all times pleasant to deal with, and helpful with constructive ideas and a ‘can do’ attitude. In our opinion the positive reviews they have received (one of the reasons we choose to go with Serenity Bathrooms) are fully justified.

Tom has made a small bathroom a room that we want to spend time in. It is truly a fabulous result and our enthusiasm for it remains even though it was completed August last year. The work was preceded by upgrading our CH&HW system; the boiler needed replacing and following advice including from Tom we opted for an unvented, pressurised system. That really was good advice. We now have lashing of hot water and showers with attitude. Tom and Serenity are great team to work with.

Tom has just completed a stunning bathroom redesign and installation for us. This involved optimising the space in a traditional farm steading property to redesign the existing bathroom incorporating a spacious walk-in shower and refitting a separate shower room. He is meticulous with his design work and has the patience of a saint while various options are explored. He was very helpful while we discussed various options around fittings. When it comes to the installation Tom takes the time to do a very professional job which we can be proud of for years to come. He also made sure that disruption was minimised throughout the work, ensuring that we always had a working shower and cleaning up every night. He and his team were a pleasure to have around and we can recommend Serenity Bathrooms unreservedly for a quality bathroom installation.

In June, I had my cloakroom and bathroom totally refurbished by Tom and his team. This was my fifth quotation and at the time thought it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but it was absolutely worth it. (On saying that, I did choose expensive tiles and fittings). I know that I wouldn't have been happy with the outcome if I had chosen any of the other companies. Attention to detail was everything, and everyone who has seen the refurbishments say they are stunning. Tom and his team worked well together and always cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Serenity Bathrooms to anyone.

Just had my bathroom refitted into a wet-room by Tom and his team. From the outset I had the greatest confidence that the job would be well done and despite a cramped space, hideous walls, one of which was curved, and the usual old building challenges, Tom and his team worked with professionalism and the quality of their work is superb. The finished result is amazing. The communication was excellent throughout with all the men being courteous and well-humoured. I cannot fault them for the job they have done and can highly recommend them.

We used Serenity to refurbish our en suite shower room. A year or so ago, for our upstairs bathroom, we had used another company based in the Churchill area and at the time we thought the result was great. However, our eyes have been opened by Serenity's (Tom) attention to detail in both his design and installation. The result is a far superior finish and exceeded our expectations prior to contacting Tom at Serenity. If you get a design by another company, I urge you to contact Tom and just see his vision for your bathroom, and I am certain you will not be disappointed and the result will be your dream bathroom. We are delighted with our completely reconstructed bathroom and the fantastic job that Tom and Richard did in creating it. From the initial consultation and designs we had a good feeling and this was certainly carried through into the final result. There were many helpful suggestions along the way and Tom was able to quickly sort out reliable contacts to deal with the likes of the boiler and electrics. Tom and Richard renovated a bathroom and shower room for us. I cannot rate their work highly enough. Their attention to detail is fantastic, they set themselves an extremely high standard of workmanship and they care about your room as if it were their own. As a result, the rooms look amazing - a total transformation! Add to this the fact that they were very pleasant to have around, very tidy whilst working and cleaned up brilliantly. We had a complete refit of a small shower room. I had several quotes and although Serenity Bathrooms were not the cheapest, Tom offered more design ideas to maximise the space available. I was impressed that they removed the existing stud walls to ensure they were building the room up from scratch. The work was completed to a high finish and we are extremely happy with the result. The guys were very friendly and I was happy to have them continue the job whilst we were away on holiday. I'm very happy with my new en-suite bathroom. The job took a little longer than expected due to some unforeseen issues, but Tom stuck to the accepted quote regardless of the extra work involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Serenity Bathrooms.

Serenity Bathrooms really should be rated #1 because I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. We had a tiny, ugly bathroom that we wanted to expand into an unused small bedroom, but we wanted it to be in keeping with our Georgian property. Although all the pictures on Serenity's website were of modern bathrooms, I read one reviewer who said she liked that Tom Halliday was able to "think outside the box" and that's what I was looking for. Once I explained what I wanted to do and the look I was trying to achieve, Tom was off and running. He sourced a wonderful claw foot tub for me and a beautiful antique lamp, and dealt with all manner of complications in working with antique furniture and plumbing fittings from the U. S. When we had to go back to the States, Tom stayed in constant contact through emails and photographs and never proceeded with any work until getting our okay. He and Richard tackled everything, from rerouting the plumbing and wiring to the tiles and underfloor heating. He even designed the shower cubicle which delivers a real "wow" factor. Tom is a stickler for details and never declared any part of the project finished until he was completely satisfied with it. He even managed to fit an antique stained glass window above the door, although it involved a lot of extra time and effort. I just can't say enough good things about Tom and Richard. They worked hard, had good senses of humor, cleaned up after the work, and delivered the most beautiful, perfect bathroom that is simply stunning. Tom and his team have done a superb job on our bathroom. A dated windowless room now is not only the nicest room in our flat but it is the most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen! Tom came and discussed out ideas at length withus and told us what would be possible and what would look hideous. He took our ideas and ran with them and surpassed our expectations. Serenity Bathrooms are perfectionists. Once you have one you start to notice annoying asymmetrical tiles in other bathrooms. The team are very professional and tidy, They insisted on washing their tea cups even though I was cleaning up anyway and when they cracked y very poor quality sweeping pan they replaced it even though I again said that it was not necessary to. If we get our kitchen done I would either ask Serenity bathrooms if they could branch out and do a kitchen or get someone with Tom's seal of approval.
