Absolutely fantastic! I was looking for a slightly different engagement ring and had become set on getting one made of Palladium. After some searching around on the internet for jewellers, I stumbled across Mark and first impressions were very good! I was initially very nervous about making such an order over the internet, given the amount of money involved. However, after chatting to Mark, he put me at ease and gave me brilliant advice about my choice of ring. When I placed the order, I didn't have long until I planned to propose, but Mark got the ring sent to me so quickly! The proposal went perfectly to plan and my fiancée LOVES the ring! We've now already ordered and received our wedding rings from Mark and they're sat in the drawer waiting for the big day!

I have never spent this much money on anything before and was obviously hesitant about using an internet company. From the outset Mark eased my fears, For approx 2 months I felt like I was his only customer, I received continuous feedback on the status of the Rings. I had gone to other bespoke jewellery makers and their best offer was much more than Serendipity's price. Their roducts were smaller diamonds and lesser quality. If you want bespoke jewellery at a good price and amazing customer service I would wholeheartedly encourage you to just give Mark a ring. The finished product was far better than my imagination, or the CAD photos. The aftersales service is outstanding and you clearly get the impression that this gentleman both enjoys his work and values every single customer. I ordered a ring for my partner, and didn't leave very much time for Serenity to get the ring to me. I contacted them to make them aware, they replied straight away, and got the ring tome in time. I was so impressed with the packaging and quality. Would def recommend 10/10.

I have just purchased my first (and hopefully only! ) engagement ring through Mark at Seredipity Diamonds. From my first enquiry Mark has been eager to assist me, offer advice and generally be someone I could rely on to help me through the traumas of buying jewelry! The ring was beautiful, my fiance absolutely loves it and I was more than happy with the price! Mark has even resized the ring (free of charge) for me as I got the measurements slightly wrong. After reading all the reviews of Serendipity Diamonds I felt confident in ordering an Engagement ring. From ordering the ring to receiving it I was kept informed of the progress, even when I emailed Mark I always had a quick reassuring response. Mark initially rejected the 1st ring mount he was sent back due to a small amount of porosity he noticed when the ring was being prepared for setting, so my order was delayed slightly - but I was pleased such a stringent Quality Control was in place and I now have a beautiful diamond engagement ring which looks and feels perfect! It's so much better than all the ones I looked at in the shops and I know this one was made especially for me. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and I will be certain to come back for my wedding ring! Thank you once again!

My boyfriend ordered me a ring from Serendipity a few weeks ago. We were slightly worried about paying so much for an internet purchase but it couldn't have been better! They were a dream to deal with, they hit tight delivery dates and even upgraded the quality of the diamond at no extra cost - would certainly recommend!

I purchased the ring just over a week ago and received help and advice, along with concise emails confirming every detail. I bought an engagement ring from Serendipity Diamonds at short notice, having been let down by another jewellery website. First rate friendly customer service, delivering the ring on time via free next-day (before 1pm) courier. As for the ring, excellent quality and great value for money. I could not be happier with my purchase, and the transaction itself was an outstanding example of how customer service should be.

I bought a diamond ring with three diamonds in it. A bit worried until the ring arrived cause I had not bought stuff like this off the internet before. They did everything they said they would and the ring was spot on.
