We had a very competitively-priced alarm system fitted by SecurityCam Ltd. When we moved into our new flat. They were really flexible on the phone when arranging the installation and when their engineer arrived he was punctual, courteous and happy to answer lots of questions. Since our move we have had various problems with water leaks which may possibly have meant uninstalling and then re-installing sensors and so on and have had really helpful advice from their admin office each and every time. We have had exceptionally good customer service all the way and on our own experience I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for home security.

We had a COP home alarm system installed November 2013. Since then we have had repeated runs of falls alarms. Currently on the third. Each time it was the same sensor triggering the system, and each time it had to be replaced. The problem is made worse by the fact that we travel frequently and as a consequence the people on our "call list" are phoned. Very embarrassing. In fairness, the company has responded promptly every time to replace the sensors, and we cannot complain about their service. But the fact remains - we've had a number of problems, and in our view have, so far, not got our money's worth. In summary: the equipment is not performing well (in our experience), but the company provides a good service.

Customer Manager and team was very helpful in making me choose the level of security i needed for my house, and carried out work profesionally. Engineer who insalled my system was very polite and helpfull and explained everything about working of the Alarm, great service to your team and thank you.

Installer turned up on time and finished all the work required. Got on with the job as soon as he arrived. Showed me how to use the alarm and fob and change the log in number once installed. Very pleasant and helpful. Only small gripe was cleaning up after.

The Service Engineer was very helpful he was polite and gave any information that he was asked for, he was patient when explaining how things worked his service was exceptional, The Person who called when I originally phoned was also polite and friendly and helpful when he visited. Office staff are polite on the phone. THe whole experience was quick and the General service was of a high quality.

I was very pleased with the installation and one to one demonstration of how to use the system. The staff also went out of his way to help installed security lights. I will definitely recommend SecurityCam ltd because of the professionalism shown to me.

The whole transaction took one phone call and two emails, very good service. The engineer on the day took me round my house and explained options to me before he fitted the alarm and started to drill. All the staff I have dealt with have been courteous, efficient and friendly. Recomended.
