SecureMed Ambulance are a CQC registered provider of non-emergency patient transport services.
We support patients with transport for just some of the following:
- Medical appoints (Hospital / GP / dental appointments etc. ).
- Transport to and from places where mobility / medical support needs usually cause an issue accessing public transport or use of a car.
- Long distance transport - Nursing home transfers - Hospital discharges - Renal dialysis transport services - Regular mobility based transport needs

Our ambulances enable patients can be supported, no matter the individual need. We can support patients with the following mobility needs: - Walking with additional support.
- Wheelchair transport
- Stretcher / bed bound transport needs - Carry chair support for patients who require carrying up or down stairs

Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We have an experienced and dedicated team of staff who take pride in supporting our patients.

We also have a specialist secure transport division. This team specialises in the safe transportation of patients requiring mental health transport. The majority of our patients who use this service are detained under the Mental Health Act. Our transport referrals come from local AMHP services, third party support for other providers and ad-hoc bookings from mental health trusts requiring experienced secure transport providers.
