I had 2 doors fitted today and the service was brilliant. I had a large window removed and French doors fitted as well as a new front door. I love them both! 100% would highly recommend! Thank you.

2. 5 years ago they knocked on my door to offer my a discount if I bought windows from them as they will recycle the old plastic and it was £400 off each window. They came round another day, took measurements, They then offered me a quote of about £5000 to do my windows and doors, it was a ludicrous amount of money, we already had a quote from the best company in York to do them for less than half that! I knew something was fishy then, tried to say no and get them to leave my house, he said he’d call up his boss to get me a discount! Phoned his boss while sat in my living room to get a better price, it just went on and on. Finally got them out of my house! They have done nothing but pester me with calls ever since, I have asked them to remove all my details and stop calling me three separate times but the calls continue! I’ve since had all my windows and doors done for half the price, absolutely fantastic work done by Gary Bushby of York, I’ve told them this, and they still continue to call me. Sweet lord it’s been 2 and half years! They are a total con! Go else where they are dodgy, changing the price right in your own living room by calling his “boss” and now the endless calls! Can only award five stars - worth more. From start to finish a great service and product. Friendly advice when discussing our requirement and a good competitive price for quality windows. All stages of work carried out to time and date. The Attention to detail of the fitters, when carrying out the work was superb and the job / house was left very clean and tidy on completion. Had 2 new windows and a composite door installed and the quality of the products supplied is fantastic. The installation was done quickly and to an amazing quality. The 2 installers fitted everything to what I consider to be a very high standard, checking each item was as per requirements and finishing every detail, plus no mess was left behind. Door arrived ahead of schedule and was promptly and efficiently installed by Steve and Matt on the day stated. They explained how to clean and look after the door and how the locking system worked and they made sure we were completely happy before they left. An excellent service! Thank you.

Last week two very pleasant, efficient young installation guys came and replaced my bedroom windows and porch. The product and workmanship were excellent and all the old fittings were taken away so that l had no clearing up to do after they left. I thoroughly recommend.

6 months and still waiting for a receipt or any paperwork to show a ten year warranty. Just found out that this company has no FENSA certification. Which means any windows or doors don't add value to your property. They are cheap for a reason. Here is my finished door installation. .

As bad as it gets. Just days after fitting things became loose, Windows would not close, door out 9f true. BAD. !

Absolutely over the moon with my new door. The office kept me informed from the quote to installation. Good selection to chose from. Lee who installed it made sure everything was tidy before he left and all rubbish removed. Thank you.

Really unprofessional and dreadful service! Windows fitted after four days when told they would have it done in one day. Wrong size windows came, shabby work and poor fitting. No keys provided and was told they had posted them out three times. Never received any warranty or paperwork in relation to the 10 year guarantee. Smashed glass everywhere and mess which was unsafe. Scaffolding put up in wrong place. 2 days later the scaffolding was erected in the correct area however, six weeks later scaffolding is still up. Rang time and time again asking them to take it down, they still have not removed it after each promise to do so. Fed up with it all we told them if they don’t take it down within 7 days we will charge them storage of £200 per day. Mr Mohammed Usan Raja shouted and used vile, offensive language and threaten to ram the scaffolding up my a** and down my throat. His threats have been reported to the police.
