Simon installed our new wider gates. After advising us how reposition the gate posts to avoid all the utilities. He successfully overcame all the problems caused by our inept gate suppliers and his attention to detail is unsurpassed.

Simon has transformed our back garden from an overgrown wilderness to a beautiful two level space. We chose to have the garden paved with Indian sandstone in various shades. Simon made several suggestions about layout and drainage and also was able to re-use bricks from the original garden. We are so delighted with the end result. We have a lovely low maintenance space with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. Simon also re-modelled our small front garden and pruned our large palm tree. Simon is very reliable and his work is of the highest quality. We would recommend him to anybody who needs a landscape gardener. .

Simon provided us with a redesigned front garden following the removal of all previous planting; he gave us some good suggestions and worked with us to make the final result a success. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable regarding the type of plants which would do well in our soil conditions. I would recommend him to do a good job at a competitive price.

We had an additional patio layed in our garden and some screening fencing added to the area. There was an existing issue with the gradient of the garden and I was concerned regarding drainage. It is a North facing garden and we had experienced puddling on the lawn, and my worry was in adding more paving we would make the drainage situation worse. From the start we had complete confidence in Simon Baker assuring us that improvements could be made and adding the patio would not exacerbate the issue. Simon was very pro active made suggestions and offered solutions, throughout he kept us up to date with the progress, he is meticulous and professional in all aspects of his work and customer care. And so tidy. We have come through the winter and the drainage of the patio area has been fine, no pooling even after those extreme downpours we had. After the work the site was swept and hosed down and left immaculate. He returned to check the area particularly to see the pointing was in place. After the waste skip was removed Simon returned to hose and scrub our drive. He even had placed a protective tarpaulin under the skip to protect the drive. We are thrilled with the work that Simon and his son Jordon have carried out on our front forecourt garden. We had a very tired 1970s crazy paved front wall and forecourt and now we have a beautiful contemporary forecourt with a traditional element and a wonderful brick wall inset with flint. The workmanship is second to none. They worked so hard through all weathers and always left the site clean and tidy. We can thoroughly recommend The Garden Landscape Company. Patience may be required initially as they are in such high demand. A big thank you to Simon for all his assistance with the planning in the first place and to both of them for their hard work and attention to detail. They were so accommodating as the project evolved. We now have a front garden which we are very proud of and which will last for decades to come. Simon did Agreat job and my patio looks lovely.

Simon updated our small city courtyard and gloomy entrance passageway using outdoor porcelain tiles to match our interior kitchen tiles, duck egg pebbles,grey planters and garden lighting. We are very pleased with the result, the courtyard looks perfect thanks to Simon's attention to detail and pride in his work. The project came in on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to recommend him for any garden project.

July 2018 Absolutely outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend Simon and his son for all landscaping work. Our garden was tired and dated, and he transformed it into a picturesque garden. Simon is reliable, meticulous, takes pride in his work and is very hard working, even working through the heat wave we have had this year, never letting us down. He is very helpful and knowledgable in his field and kept well within his budget, even after taking on a few extra jobs. I can't recommend Simon enough and after all that he is a very polite and caring person.

My garden was a small paved area which was old and depressing. Simon transformed our garden into something I can be proud of. Simon is very hardworking, meticulous and takes pride in what he does. He always explained what he would be doing and managed to keep everything under budget. Simon worked in all weathers …very wet and some days cold. Simon and his team did a fantastic job on my small town garden. The site had to be cleared completely before reconstruction and is now restored to a delightful, peaceful space to spend time in. Simon visited several times before starting the project to ensure he was fully prepared for the job, kept me up to date with progress at all times and gave good advice when the plans needed some adjustments. Simon was meticulous about every detail of the garden which has been admired by visitors and neighbours. He kept within budget, was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

I am so pleased with the finished garden, although the plot is small the design makes it appear wider and allows for grass and wide planting areas. It is a new build and now the garden is modern and complementary. Simon planned and finished everything in a meticulous way. He is friendly and helpful, keeping within my budget. Simon worked to the garden design of Anne Keenan. Before carrying out the work he visited me on a couple occasions to ensure that he could work within my budget. He was extremely helpful and discussed materials, timetable, etc. And went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with decisions/changes throughout. Simon kept me informed daily of his work plan, he was very polite, courteous and left the garden very tidy at the end of each day. Simon was meticulous, a great craftsman and took great pride in his work. The result being an incredible garden that is better than I could ever have imagined. Simon impressed thoroughly with his work ethic and clarity of vision. He helped plan a complex decking solution on challenging terrain and very professionally turned our vision and ideas into reality. He also helped make plans and drawings for planning approval and actively offered options to keep costs under control. The end result has been a very attractive decking area that adds significant value to our back garden and will be an enduring feature of our property.
