I spoke to Steve regarding a problem with my elderly mother’s phone. He advised how I could check the line which I was able to do under his guidance. Problem was easily resolved. Very grateful to have avoided an expensive call out charge. Much appreciated, thank you.

I recently moved into a retirement complex. My broadband was meant to be live on the move day but having plugged in route no service. Had used SDP comms at my last house, I contacted Steve who was available, he quickly found problem with connection, contacted my service provider and broadband was live. He then made sure my wireless devices were connected.

I recently had a telephone extension provided for broadband use in my lounge. Steve took great care with the installation as the room had been recently re-decorated. I was very impresses with his proffessionalism.
