The week long boot camps are for women and teenagers of all shapes and sizes who want to lose weight, lose inches and increase their fitness fast. The luxury accomodation is located in the fabulous splendour of the highlands, and nutritional advice, lifestyle coaching and a range of therapy treatments are available in the evening for a fully rounded programme. Meals are balanced and healthy, using locally sourced fresh produce.

Daytime activities are run by fully experienced military PTIs and are certainly challenging, however all fitness levels are catered for. The varied programme includes circuit training, beach runs, military drills, group challenges, body combat and mountain hikes.

Scottish Boot Camp is located in the beautiful wilderness setting of the Highlands of Scotland. The nearest city to camp is Inverness, which is where everyone first meets up at the Thistle Hotel before transporting everyone to Scottish Boot Camps accommodation. Registration for the weeklong camp begins at the Thistle Hotel on Saturday afternoon, and camp ends the following Saturday morning, when all who need to be will be transported back to the hotel for your return journey. Those wishing to travel by car can follow the team up to the boot camp accommodation after the meeting.
