Our Instructors offer you over 35 years knowledge in Kickboxing, Kung Fu and Martial Arts knowledge in training and Competition fighting, so you know your going to reach your potential.
We teach a variety of Martial Arts and Kickboxing classes and formats so we are sure we have something for everyone.

Your Chief Instructor Sifu Derek has also trained under Dimmak grand master Pier Tsui Po in Australia. He is a renowned authority in Dimmak, accupuncture and pressure point fighting.

We offer Kickboxing classes for adults and children. We also offer classes in Kung Fu, Self Defence and Capoeira. All classes are taught by Black belt Instructors. Private lessons are also available for 1 - 1 or for private groups.
