Established in 2003, the company has many years experience as a sole trading business and many years overall experience in the lettings and inventory business. All reports are compiled in great detail and are emailed to clients within two working days of their compilation. Competitive prices and a very thorough and professional service provided at all times.

Our expert staff list everything in the property from door frames to light switches, colours, cleanliness, condition, meter readings, keys etc. The service is designed to primarily ensure that all parties involved are happy with the details of the reports and this in turn helps eliminate any future disputes with deposit returns every time. The staff are fair and objective in all cases and take all comments into account.

Saya Inventory Services has a small group of customers, based in London and surrounding counties, including Winkworth, Douglas and Gordon, Bairstow Eves, TLC, Charles Banks, Lauristons, Loney Miller, Petras Properties and several private Landlords and managing agents.

The company is managed by Marta Loyola Ward, who has been involved in the inventory clerks industry for many years. Marta is experienced enough to manage the company, having previously worked in managerial roles for managing agents and estate agents in the past.
