I received a baby bouquet as a gift after my son was born. When I looked it up I was disgusted at the price of it. 2 face clothes (can be picked up at 50p each), 2 muslins which where binned as really not nice material and stitching was awful on them. A sleep suit, completely generic plain blue and not nice cotton (this is already in the charity bag), a pair of mitts where the stitching was terrible and they’re cheap ones where held on by elastic that’s clearly visible. The supermarkets do better mitts for £2for a pack of 2 pairs. Really I was flabbergasted how much was spent. The money had really just paid for the overindulgent packaging and delivery.
Purchased a lovely baby gift for a friend. The website was easy to navigate, the order was processed seamlessly and the parcel was easy to track. The gift arrived on time and the receiver was delighted with the gift. Thanks so much, will definitely use Say It Baby again :).
On finding out a friend had returned to work after the birth of his new daughter I wanted to send the Baby Girl Socks and Chocs Bouquet and Best Big Brother Chocolate Bar. I then realised I had missed the cut off time for next day delivery. I called and spoke to Michelle who immediately offered to fulfill the order for me and go to the post office herself. I put through the order on the website and 20 minutes later she emailed to say she had posted it, gave me a tracking number and waived the extra postage for me. That is what I call great customer service. I just got a thank you saying it was a 'lovely original and thoughtful gift', so smiles all round. Thank you x.
Avoid like the plaque. They loudly lull you in with advertisements of next day delivery. My order took 2 days to arrive. They did not offer a gesture of good will and told me to read their terms and conditions before ordering! Shocking customer service considering I spent over £50 with them.
I was struggling to think of something useful, beautiful and interesting to buy for my friends who are first time parents, when I stumbled upon this website - the gifts are gorgeous, beautifully presented, useful and delivered safely and quickly after purchase. I would highly recommend!
I ordered the Hello Sweetie Bright Baby Hamper for my sister after the birth of her first baby, Terry. I chose it because I thought it was a really funky alternative to the traditional pale blue or pink gifts. My sister loved the array of brightly coloured gifts, as did Terry judging by the photos! When the hamper was delivered, we realised that a couple of items were missing. A quick call to the customer services, and the missing items (and a couple of additional items) were dispatched that day and received within 24 hours; customer service that John Lewis would be proud of!
I ordered a boxed bouquet of baby clothes for my sister-in-law who had just had a baby girl. She is a very earthy person, and was so delighted that she got something that looked like flowers, but wouldn't wilt and die in a few days. Great value and as someone who uses the internet for purchases, a great deal, this company has one of the best delivery service I've every experienced. They advised me when and between which hours it would be delivered and it was. Well done!
I purchased 2 products in 1 order for next day delivery as visiting that evening in hospital. Only to find that I only received 1 of the items. This was a disappointment as given individually didnt look great. Then when ringing to check it hadnt been misplaced in post, I had no apology from the staff. It was then delivered to the home address of the new born with no message or anything from who it was from. I found this service disappointing. The products themselves are lovely ideas, just dont feel service and quality was ideal.
I ordered a Nappy Cake Bouquet Arrangement for a friend, she was absolutely thrilled with her gift saying she had never seen anything like it. Easy ordering system online and I liked being able to track the order right to my friend's doorstep! Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
We have bought several bouquets for friends in the past and recently 2 more - one for friends and one for family member who have had babies. All have been very gratefully received and described as so beautiful the recipients didn't want to dismantle them to unwrap the items! Once unwrapped though they have all said how cute and practical the clothes have been. The website is very easy to use to choose an item, the payment method is quick and secure - and the delivery company's system allows you to even track the parcel delivery driver in real time which is excellent. Have recommended to many friends and colleagues and will continue to do so. Will happily buy from Say it Baby again!
I would like there to be a much better delivery service. I ordered on wed 16th and there was a bank holiday on the Friday and another on the Monday. The basket did not turn up the next day and interlink texted to say it will be delivered Tues 22nd due to the bank holiday on the Monday. The basket contained chocolates and the idea of them being left in the back of a van for 5 days kind of worries me. My point is there should be a guaranteed next day service especially with the type of product you sell. I understand it is a more expensive option but to not have that option at all is poor. I work in a dispatch role and I know that customer expect/demand the option for guaranteed next day service. If you would like to discuss this any further please contact me. Kind regards. I have used Say It Baby on a number of occasions when friends or colleagues are about to have a baby. The Baby Bouquets and Cup Cakes are absolutely fantastic and always create a wow with mum to be. The reaction is always great to see and they are so different to the usual gifts that mums to be often receive. The gifts always arrive on time and are packed so well that nothing is disturbed when opened.
