Now in it's 15th year, Save Those Memories is dedicated to getting the very best from your family or institutional archives.

Whether video tape, cinefilm or slides I will get the very best result by using the best equipment available.

I offer levels of editing for all video and camcorder tape services, so you can have it saved with no editing, light editing or a comprehensive overhaul with complex editing. You can have your video saved onto DVD or as computer files for the PC or MAC.

I am a Cinefilm specialist with the only machine of it's quality and type in the British Isles. The Memory HD allows me to program in your archive before capture. So I can correct for colour, exposure, contrast, gamma (shadows and highlights), hue, saturation and luminescence and many more parameters besides. I will get the very best from your family film archive by taking time before capture to get the images as close to perfect as possible.

The emphasis is always on quality and whether you have a single tape or hundreds of hours, each and every part of your family history will get the same high level of care taken over it.
Every numbered disc will have a full colour thermal label with family details and dates of the content along with three beautiful stills from the footage. I have a real eye for presentation so that your archive will have the best chance of survival by looking good in the hand as well as on screen.

Chronology matters to me, so if you have an archive that spans years I will work to make sure that it is in the right timeline so that birthdays and Christmases and weddings all come in the right order. You will be getting a personal, bespoke service that will take real care of your archive, giving you back the best possible images in the right order with an eye for presentation, not my company logos or a blank DVD with "Smith" written on it in felt tip pen!
