I have been having regular Personal Training with Sara for the past year. Initially, I was very nervous about attending, so was very relieved to find that Sara is very friendly and far removed from the intimidating image I'd had of Personal Trainers! With Sara's guidance, I have lost weight, become noticeably stronger, greatly improved my balance and coordination and continue to see improvements with every session. Sara is very good at adapting exercises to suit your ability, should that be impaired by injury or health conditions. I'd particularly recommend her to anyone who, like myself, has long struggled with so-called beginners' routines and is left feeling that they just can't 'do' exercise. Sara will show you the way!
I started with Sara probably over a year ago, wanting to get back into fitness. She creates workouts to suit you, and also that you'll enjoy doing. I feel that since starting with Sara, I have gained a lot more confidence, and feel a lot more healthy, and will continue to take part in her fitness classes!
I have had regular personal training sessions with Sara; twice a week for over a year now. In that time I have reduced my weight by 1 stone and its stayed off, and my body fat reading has dropped by a considerable amount. My belt size has reduced by 4" and I am very happy with my improved muscle definition thanks to Sara's guidance. She listens to you, and takes your personal goals on board, and adapts sessions to suit needs. If you are looking for personal trainer I absolutely recommend Sara James!
I was so nervous at first starting the process and working with someone to achieve my goals. Sara put me at ease straight away. She assess what you can do and adapts techniques to help them suit you. Had amazing results in a short space of time already. Would recommend her to everyone. A lovely, friendly woman. Who works hard to help you achieve your goals!

I was a little apprehensive about going for one to one personal training but Sara put me at ease. She helped me set realistic goals and gave me the motivation to meet them. Sara is a lovely, kind and laid back person but at the same time pushes you to push yourself further than you ever would working out at a gym on your own. She is very supportive and has adapted my session plans to accommodate my leg mobility issues. She will always go the extra mile to fit in sessions around my routine. I would highly recommend Sara to anybody who is looking for a friendly supportive personal trainer.
I got in contact with Sara after seeing her web page. She is very understanding and suits her classes to your individual needs. I attend not only her one to one classes but her group class. Feel that she encourages me when I need it as if I was left to my own devices I would of given up ages ago. Sheelagh.
