I was looking for a quiet place for my mom who came to visit me from Italy, and when I found this B&B, I immediately had a good feeling. And I wasn't wrong! The atmosphere is serene and welcoming, the rooms are large and provide everything you need, including sheets, towels and hairdryer. The house is surrounded by a large well-kept garden accessible to guests, where you can have a relaxing moment of peace. The hosts, Francis and David, are very helpful and at the same time respectful of privacy. The breakfasts are very tasty, with the possibility of choosing a different breakfast every day. In addition, the place is in a great location: 10 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to Arundel, not far from Southdown National Park. I recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a room at the Sandfield House hotel for a night and in the cottage for two nights. Both stays were unrivalled. Frances and David, the hosts, are charming and determined to provide everything you would want for an enjoyable vacation. We chose different breakfasts each morning which were all large portions and very tasty. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend a stay in this establishment.
