Working with minimum of fuss and disruption we aim to complete your project to the agreed time-scale, without cutting corners or compromising on quality.

Refurbishments, as well as smaller jobs on a tight budget, and we always strive to deliver results that more than match our clients' expectations.
Sandarov Ltd can design, supply and install bathrooms, kitchens and wet rooms to your exact requirements. Our designers can help you to plan your dream kitchen or bathroom to the smallest detail, and we can supply the best quality fixtures and appliances at the most competitive prices. If you already have suppliers in mind, we're more than happy to work with them and our skilled team of fitters will carry out the installation to your specification an budget. We believe in a collaborative approach at very stage of the project and will always seek your approval before any work is done.
All our tradesmen are fully qualified to carry out the work required.
All electrical work is done by NICEIC accredited electricians, our licensed plumbers are experts at what they do and our gas engineers are HVCA and Gas Safe accredited.
As well as installing new electrical appliances, we also repair or upgrade your existing heating system, and we can complete all plumbing work in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. We also carry out routine boiler servicing as required, and regular inspections of all domestic utilities.
We can deploy a skilled and reliable team of plasterers, painters, bricklayers and carpenters as part of our overall service. If you need any advise, suggestions or inspiration for home decoration, we can do that too! We'd be delighted to put our interior designers to work on your behalf. If we need to, we can bring in sub-contractors such as window specialists, period feature restorers or fireplace experts, but in all cases they will work under our supervision and to your expectations.

Rare breed of builders! I'm impressed! I called this company and requested a plumber to go to help my mother at her house to fix a leak. When the chap fixed it and my mother asked for the bill he said that he wouldn't charge this time. I couldn't believe it when I was told. My mother is 72 years old and is very hard for her to find reliable help when emergency appears and we live quite far so it's always worrying when something happens at the house. Anton Sandarov did a great job replacing my old bathtub. As to the work itself, the price was right, the new bathtub looks great and the premises were thoroughly cleaned which was an important factor for me as well. We even have several more projects that we plan on using Anton for throughout the house. Excellent work and highly recommended!

Anton helped me at very short notice (after I was let down by two other plumbers) to fix a flush problem with my toilet. He explained the costs upfront and was very punctual, polite and not only fixed that problem but also a leak I wan not aware of and even fixed the chip in my bathtub at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend Anton and Sandarov for Plumbing issues.
