Thanks to Sam, I now have an excellent Internet connection and WiFi throughout the whole flat, after four long years of trouble and limitations. Had Sam out to inspect our phone line within the house, due to intermittent internet issues, and he was able to confirm that all our wiring was okay, after openreach recommended that we get our internal wiring checked. Sam came to install an additional ethernet point at our house. We rang him in the morning and he was able to come the same day. Sam was extremely polite and professional and followed Covid-19 secure guidelines. He did an excellent job and even went out of his way to purchase me an adaptor when we realised that my laptop didn't have a slot for an ethernet cable.
