I was delighted to find Sam :) he's an angel (yes you are Sam) He answered my enquiry the same day, and came out to do the job the following morning :) He is polite and friendly and ever so good at what he does. A full days hard work fitting new cable for alarm system. Difficult to do in confined loft space and large area in big house. Job completed to my full satisfaction and highest quality work and very reasonable charge. I would have no hesitation in recommending Samson's Telephones.

Sam arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation. Within ten minutes he was able to offer three solutions and then set about completing the chosen option. He was polite, tidy and his attention to detail was impressive, re routing old wiring to make a far neater finish. Everything works now and our broad band speed is greatly increased.

Sam came out really quickly, same day, to have look at the job and give us a quote. His price was very reasonable and he made an appointment and returned within three days to do the work. We had telephone cables moved and a new telephone point fitted. Old cables and fixings were removed. As well as filling the holes in the outside wall he even tidied up the holes in the outside where the satellite cables came in. Neat tidy job. Friendly, personable guy.

The socket for my telephone extension (where all my broadband was connected) had died and needed fixing. The engineer came over at the last minute on a Saturday to help me out. Excellent service, efficient and very professional. Couldn't be better.

This engineer comes quickly and gives excellent service. He sorted out my telephones when they packed in for no reason that I could see. Then came on a second visit and sorted out my computer. I think he's just the ticket.
