I am a small outsourcing company offering a title checking service to Solicitors and Conveyancers dealing with Freehold, Standard Leasehold, Leasehold Retirement and Unregistered titles for residential properties in England and Wales.

Having previously worked for high street and volume conveyancing companies I understand the important needs of a busy Conveyancer. There is no minimum requirement for the number of files you can send and I am available at short notice.

I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and am registered with the Information Commissioners Office for Data Protection.

Reports on properties before you commit to buying - If you are looking to buy a property but you do not want to commit to instructing a solicitor at this stage, if the property is registered with H. M. Land Registry, I can prepare a report on the property.

Auction properties - if you are thinking of bidding for a property at an auction, I can review the deeds and paperwork and prepare a report for you prior to the auction taking place.
