S W Property Services provides all your building needs in one place, to clients through out the local area. The company, which can be found in Bristol, was set up in 1981, and has 30 years of experience in the Tradesmen and Construction trade. The company has always put the customer first in all of its projects, then quality finish follows.

Building expertise as follows: new build, extensions, bathrooms, decorating, landscaping/decking, plus much more.

With a team that includes six full time trades people, S W Property Services has a professional team, qualified to a high standard. Whether its carpentry, brick laying, plastering or painting, all the work is done to a high standard of finish.

The company is managed by Stephen Watts who has been involved in the Tradesmen and Construction industry for many years. Stephen Watts is more than able to take good care of the company, having previously worked for a broad rang of companies, and has had Wimpey training.
