S. C. Hall and Son is a Leather Merchant and Tanners Agent business offering leather supplies to customers throughout the world. The firm, established in 1957 formerly based in Bermondsey (London), moved to West Sussex in June 2015 following the purchase of new premises.

In addition to selling from its substantial leather stocks in its Warehouse the firm acts as a conduit to a variety of overseas leather producers who can manufacture to customer specifications subject to minimum production quantities. As well as basic leathers we also offer Exotics.

The firm can supply from stock or through its tannery principals a range of leather and suede suitable for products including footwear, handbags, belts, furniture, garments, bookbinding and leather goods and are experienced in providing guidance for manufacturers in choice of product where requested. Leathers are resourced from around the world, the product range includes bovine, equine and ovine as well as exotics and cordovan. The Leathers are available ex our West Sussex Warehouse or ex Tannery. The minimum order ex stock is one skin.

S.C.Hall and Son has a large customer base, situated at home and abroad, including manufacturers of footwear, furniture, leather goods, motorcycle suits and bespoke furniture. Theatre, film and TV companies also feature. Customers' organisations vary in size from individual craftsman to global businesses.
