Ray came promptly on our agreed times to install A new combi boiler in place of my old Back boiler unit which had become redundant. He explained what needed to be done and all work that was to be expected. He further explained after the quality installation how to operate and maintain the unit and arranged all the necessary aftercare. Thank you so much. Exceptional and highly recommended.

Ray and his team fitted all new metal gas pipe works including a new commercial boiler at are factory, his team also fitted all new gas pipe work and gas appliances including all gas safety ventilation controls to are new commercial kitchen for are chefs to provide meals for all are employees. Ray came out and sorted the heating system in the office promptly , fitted new parts , and left the office in a tidy state, as a result asked Ray to install a new combi boiler to my mothers to which he completed over the Christams period and made a fabulous job of the pipework and at a very reasonable price, Would highly recommend Ray to anyone. Superb service they came out within 30 mins of phone call, Ray diagnosed the fault within 15 mins of visit and repaired the fault at the same time, very reasonable price also. So Highly recommended.

After gettiñg 3 outlandish quotes, for my dying boiler, I found Ray. His quote was realistiic and this was based on him taking apart my boiler for 2 hours to have a look at it. The others guys who quoted spent less than five minutes. After agreeing a deal, Ray arrived bang on the button a day later and cracked on with what was a awkward job. He left the place spotless, gave me more info than I needed and the boiler he installed was efficient and value for money. I can't rate his honesty and customer service enough……and yes, I had to go out for an hour and a half too, so Ray looked after the house (and cat! ). This is the guy we are all looking for; the one who won't blag you or do a rubbish job. He'll be servicing my boiler and also quoting for all the odd jobs that need doing. Promptly arrived to look at leaking stopcock - managed to stop leak immediately. Came back later to permanently fix pipe work and install a drainage valve. Very pleased with prompt service, standard of work and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Ray recently dealt with a leak in our hot water system. He arrived within an hour of my call and diagnosed and repaired it within the day. He had to investigate under floorboards, take out part of a tiled floor and a small section of wall to identify the problem. He did minimum damage and left the whole area clean and tidy. He was communicative and clear about the issue and progress throughout. Since then He has also serviced my gas boiler. He arrived on time, was quick and efficient and explained what he had done. RW Electrical and Plumbing have renewed our central heating boiler and radiators very successfully, the house is now pleasantly warm throughout.
