About Ruth Partington Pilates
Do you have aches and pains and want to feel more in control of your body? Do you want to feel stronger, more flexible and improve your posture? Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness - an exercise method with benefits for everyone. It's flowing movements balance strength and flexibility, realigning the body, improving posture and focusing the mind.
We are currently running Pilates classes online via Zoom.
We hope to resume classes face to face when Coronavirus restrictions have been lifted.

If you’ve not used Zoom before, don’t worry, we’ll give you all the information and you need to get started.
I am a fully qualified Body Control Pilates teacher and a member of The Register of Exercise Professionals. I run classes at different levels ranging from absolute beginner to advanced.
For your first class I offer a free 'taster' session to allow you to decide if Pilates is right for you. My classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people to ensure a high standard of teaching and individual attention.
