I purchased a rug from this company on 22/06/14, the following day I was emailed by a lady called Pam who informed me that my rug was out of stock and I could wait 6-8 weeks or choose a different rug. As neither option was suitable I asked to cancel my order and was told my cancellation would be past on to accounts. On 24/06/14 I logged into my online banking to find that this company had taken the £12. 99 from my account. When I emailes Pam again I was told that I would have to wait 2 days for a person from accounts to be in work to authorise my refund. Absolutely disgusting. Don't bother.
On the 5th March, I ordered a rug from them via their website, payment being taken from my account at that time. Having received nothing, I sent an e-mail querying delivery on the 13th March and had no response. I called by telephone on 17th March to enquire why there has been no delivery and no information forthcoming. The lady answering the telephone was very abrupt and had a very poor telephone manner. I was informed that "It probably hasn't been dispatched yet". When I asked why, I was told "Look, I've just told you, it probably hasn't been dispatched - oh yes, it hasn't". I then asked why it had not been dispatched and why there had been no response to my e-mail. The lady seemed to get heated and I told her to forget all about it and refund the money. I was then told that refunds take 30 days. Seeing that the cash to less than 30 minutes to transfer from my account to yours, I hardly think that this is acceptable. I am unable to rate the value or quality as I have not received anything to evaluate. I have, however, had experience of the service.Moreexpand_more
