After never been on a bike before my mate popped to my house on his r6, I fell in love with it and asked where he did his training and he said rsj&a, I looked at the reviews online and was pleased with what I so, I called to see about direct access as I am 39, sarah explained everthing to me and booked everthing for me including theory, I just passed my full licence on friday and was greatfull for what rsj&a did for me, Big thanks to craig and colin for my cbt training, And a massive thankyou to russ for my lessons and the advice he gave me, I am glad I went with rsj&a and you should to, do be a gunner and get it booked, Saving for my bike now and can't wait to get on the road…. Thanks again john brewitt.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Russ and his team at RSJ&A. From my initial first day doing CBT training with Craig all the way to helping me gain my full licence, they made feel very welcome and at ease on every visit. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody considering getting bike training. Very friendly, very patient and above all very professional. Thank you.
I have just completed my direct access course with RSJ&A I completed the course all within one week starting on Saturday morning with the theory test that I had booked myself. I arrived at RSJ&A on the Tuesday morning to a lovely friendly welcome from Colin, putting me at ease straight away. I started with two days of very professional training with Russ following with Thursday morning training and mod one test and Friday morning training and mod two test. I am full of praise for everyone involved with RSJ&A and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, after all that's how I became involved. Recomendation is the best form of advertisement. I am a 56 year old man who failed his test when he was a young 18 year old. If you are reading this thinking should I? DO IT! But do it with RSJ&A you won't regret it……… Dave Leng (Cottingham).
Congratulations your search is over, RSJ staff will take you through every step from easing you in with the CBT right up to a full licence. Always done at a pace to suit you, your fears are put to rest the minute the course starts with full explanations and displays to show you what is required and why. The motorcycles used are well chosen, being easy to handle, very responsive and not too heavy, I would recommend them highly, I was a midlife crisis (50 yrs old ) and especially grateful for the way the eased me into things and showed alot of patience with me, even when I dropped the bike on Holderness road ! However I went on to pass everything first time with their help. So thanks again guys, and Sarah.
Would like to thank Russ, Sarah, Craig and Col for all their help which has led to me passing CBT, Theory, mod 1 and just today passing my mod 2. Passed everything first time so would recommend to anyone wanting to get on the road to do so using RSJ. Thanks again. Rich Holbrook.
Just passed my full motorbike test with RSJ&A cannot recommend these guys enough. The training is excellent, they really know how to teach you everything you need to know and make it feel so simple to do. From never even sitting on a bike before to passing all my tests first time in the space of a month, many many thanks to Colin and Russ and not forgetting sarah who was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed over the phone. Also made everything possible by managing to fit all my training in around my day job. Many Thanks once again guys you where brilliant. Best wishes. Joe.
I'm a novice motorcycle rider and presently use RSJ&A with a view to taking a direct access course/test. All the advice I've been given has been relevant, practical and sensible, and the tuition is first class. The structure of the training is very good as is the feedback. They are professional and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely amazing experience! Great service straight from the off! I rang to book my cbt with these guys as they were the cheapest I could find (I'm a tight a*s* with money! ) on the phone everything was said very clearly and I knew exactly what was going to be happening. All the instructors were great and helpful during my cbt. I was so happy with rsj's service I decided to book my mod 1 and 2 with them even though my friends told me to go other places! I would highly recommend this training centre. Thank you so much again rsj! I'm off to go for a ride on my bike now, cyaaaa.
I want to thank RSJ & A Motorcycle training for all the support they (Sarah, Peter, Russ, Craig) provided me. They laid the foundations for me being able to ride a 600cc bike. As I needed to relocate to Leeds at short notice, I carried on my motorcycle training with a number of schools, and I am pleased to say that I have passed my Mod 2 in Wakefield today. Thank you RSJ & A!
Arrived for cbt, stood around not knowing who was trainers or pupils, and no obvious reception or arrival point, eventually greeted by staff. Training was ok but for one other struggling pupil out of 4 of us. Then between the two instructors we was told we would be split into two, and that one instructor was really pleased and the other very "scared". This was mentioned twice before announcing who was with which instructor. This singled out the poor lad that was struggling and made him visibly shake and very uncomfortable and of course he was one of the pupils with said "scared" instructor. Very unprofessional! It is £105 for cbt, which is probably the dearest in the area, although it was quoted £95 over the phone, apparently it's an extra £10 to use their bike which wasn't explained on the original phone call.
Just read a bad review which i dis-agree with. First off as you walk through the gates the office is on the left with a big sign saying reception if you can,t see it you must be blind and secondly the poor scared rider wants to be happy he was singled out which means he,s being given more training to make sure he,s safe on the road i know a few training schools in hull would think stuff it and let him struggle so in my opinion well done RSJ&A and i,m sure the poor scared lad is happy cos he passed with quality tuition. Keep up the good work guys.
